Welcome to our Cozy and Elegant property located in one of the best areas in San Antonio, close to sea world, six flags, downtown and much more. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
The space
This property has 3 bedrooms with 1 bed on each room, master bedroom has a king size bed , and the other 2 rooms have a full size bed on each room, the queen beds shown on the amenities are actually full size bed because it doesn’t allow me to put a full size bed . we also provide 1 extra inflatable mattress in case it’s needed and a sofa bed in living room area .house has a ring bell and a cámara in the front and a cámara in the back back they are disconnected ..

The place was very clean.Also the place was just a few minutes away from the Air Force Base.Everything was right on point. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Great stay for the weekend with the family a couple of brown spots were on the sheets n pillows when we got there but other then that everything was great and clean

The property was very clean on the inside. There are some cosmetic details that need repairing such as chipped wall paint, a missing towel rack in the bathroom and the backyard grass needed mowing. There aren’t any cup towels in the kitchen or top sheets on the beds. Overall for our needs the place was clean, reasonably priced and convenient to Sea World snd Aquatica. I would stay at this house again.

Absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back when we come back to town. Host was clear and communicative. House was just as described and is served our needs.

Was is a good place and close to where we needed to be traffic is crazy at times but all in all it was good. Could use up-to-date utensils, cooking pots and pans could use more potholders and a can opener.. Kids enjoyed the place up and the park across the way nice big backyard. I would stay again if I had a chance to..

Visiting Family

My husband and I stayed here for a week to visit our new grandson. The house was perfect for our little getaway. I highly recommend this beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. The host was very responsive with any of our needs.

Anniversary stay

It was my husband and It was 23-year wedding anniversary and we took my sister and her companion with us. I loved everything about the stay and is willing to come back soon.

Family Friendly

The house was perfect for the number of travelers & in a good neighborhood, but the card for the pool was not working therefore we were unable to swim. We typically look for a pool or hot tub & was disappointed that an amenity we were looking forward to was not available to us. There were some damages that I made sure to take pictures of to ensured we were not blamed for damages as that has happened to us in the past. Overall, a good stay.

It is close enough to the AFB to be convenient if you are coming for a graduation or to visit an airman. There’s a considerable lack of dishes and utensils, so don’t plan to cook and eat at the house. We got food every day, though, so it wasn’t a very big deal for us. The biggest complaint is that there is a lack of comfortable seating in the living room for a house that can sleep 6. Only one couch and a very uncomfortable chair with a broken arm with a screw sticking out of the armrest should be. The dining room table is right there, so you can easily pull chairs into the living room. They’re just not comfortable chairs you want to sit in for a while to visit. Two of the tv remotes were missing batteries, but we bought a pack and added them. The beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows! That’s a huge plus in my book. Overall, it was good for the price and allowed us a space to enjoy time with our airman.

Great location

The home is perfect for my family. Its nice and new. The only issue was not enough utensils. The rule is double the occupancy and there were only 4 forks so we I had to eat my dinner with a knife and spoon. Im sure the host will get more utensils. I would definitely come back and would call it a 5 star stay. The host has everything for bringing a toddler so if you have one i recommend this place.

Seaworld Trip

Very cute house and perfect size for our family. Check in was at 3pm, didn't get check in info until after 4pm after trying to contact the owner and Vrbo. The swingset is not what was pictured, it was inot safe for my grandkids to play on. The grass was tall and not mowed. Community pool and playground was closed to the public and not usuable. The house was nice and clean and in a good neighborhood.

House equipment needs to be Maintenanced cookware has been burnt beyond use swing set in the back is broken and unsafe tree branches piled in the yard bugs and snakes bbq pit is rusted out holes in the walls behind doors broken microwave and ice maker blood stains on one of the bedspreads and sheets Beds and couch were comfortable with some tlc this could be a great place

Comfy and convenient

This place was a good place to stay if you’re going to SeaWorld! It was near everything like HEB, chick fil a, whataburger and of course sea world! It was clean! The beds were comfy! The showers were good and everything worked the way it was supposed to. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because the pictures show a good play ground in the backyard and when we got there the playground was not safe there was a tree hanging over it where there was a lot of bugs and there was missing pieces. Another thing was the community pool was closed and since the pool was included in the photos we had planned to go and it ended up being closed. However the community playground was nice and fun and safe for two year olds that made up for it! Overall it was a good stay and I would stay here again but plan my day out and about instead of the pool or the back yard!

It was a beautiful home. Very clean. There were a few places we noticed there needed to be dusting like the walls, corners, furniture, blinds and fans. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Communication with the host was very quick.

Never received check in instructions. I called the host to get them. I was allowed to check in a couple of hours early which was nice. The home was just tidy, not clean. Dirt spots on floors and walls. Dust on window sills. The back yard had not been mowed in probably a month or more. Swing set broken. I booked partially based on the back yard being a nice play area for my kids but they were unable to use it. We tried to get into the neighborhood pool but were denied access without an access card. I called the host about this card and was told to check by the fridge. And also that is was a new system and would probably need a new card anyway. She said she would bring it by the next day. I never found any type of pool entry card. I also never heard from the host the next day about the new card. We were unable to access the neighborhood pool or playground during our stay because of this. The home was conveniently located to Lackland AFB...about a 15min drive. Also near a few restaurants and grocery stores. It wasn't an awful place, but could use a good deep cleaning and the host definitely needs to better communicate check in and check out procedures, as I never received any without asking.

Definitely recommend. Couldn’t use yard due to high grass but understand since weather has been crazy. The main thing was the toilet seats in both bathrooms. They are standard toilet seat covers instead of elongated ones. Hopefully they change them out. Will stay there again for sure though as it is very cozy and welcoming!!

Overall it was a beautiful stay! Nice quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to the loop, comfy house !! Only thing is the bathtubs and shower floors could use a good cleaning, but other than that, everything was awesome!
