Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was in a small gated community a couple of miles east of downtown, making for a quiet stay. A Great Beach Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting a home on the FL panhandle for our family vacation. The home was beautiful with great furnishings and plenty of room for everyone. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach location was not very crowded at all. We had heard from others that the FL beaches are crowded but we had 100-200 feet to the next sunbathers. It was hot in the sun and we are glad we took a 10' canopy to provide some shade. Overall a great time.
