Lille lejlighed med 1 soveværelse apt (ca. 500 m²) designet til to! Denne ene lejlighed på øverste niveau ligger op ad en trappetrin bag ejerens hus og har alt hvad du behøver for en perfekt strand komme væk. Det er en 5 minutters gang til stranden, og en 2 minutters gang til den berømte 2. gade med butikker og caféer.

Den røde bus tager dig centrum på få minutter til Pike, Queen Mary og Aquarium of the Pacific. Når du er kommet i centrum, kan du tage metroforbindelsen til Los Angeles, Hollywood og Beverly Hills. Du kan også tage færgen til Catalina Island. Hvis du har en bil berømte Surf City eller Huntington Beach er en 10 minutters kørsel, og Laguna Beach og Disneyland cirka 30 minutters kørsel. Bare få minutter væk kan man drive med surfing, leje kanoer, kajakker og sejlbåde. 3. person $ 10 ekstra per nat kontant, $ 50 slutrengøring kontant taget fra $ 400 depositum.

As a medical professional, very clean and safe. Love the wall heater! And the apt was well stocked for emergencies. I would totally bring my 8 yr old daughter and feel safe. Nice, respectful owners on site too.

This was my second stay at this property and it was great-as expected! Carol (and Traian) are very nice and welcoming hosts. When I booked my trip, I knew I wanted to stay here again, because of the positive experience I had before. You simply CANNOT beat the location, price, privacy and comfort of safety (especially for my solo women travelers!) The check-in and check-out were both seamless. I will definitely plan to stay again for my next trip. :)

Located close to beach and 2nd Avenue. The property is a small apartment above a garage in which the husband works out of. I was awoken Monday morning at 7am by his motorcycle turning on, idling for five minutes, and turning off. It set off a car alarm, too. However, you as the renter are told explicitly no “loud or obnoxious noise at any time of the day” will be permitted. Just know that the owners live on the property, so you feel like you are being watched. I was asked if I was home because the air conditioner was running. I was home, but you must turn it off if you leave and come back to a very hot apartment. There are no cooking amenities except a microwave and a hot plate. The refrigerator is old and doesn’t keep any frozen food frozen. Be prepared to eat out for every meal. The tub drain is slow to drain and there is mold on the shower curtain. The walls are dirty and there is paint chipping everywhere. You will have to pay a 65 cash cleaning fee upon arrival, yet you are encouraged in the contract to mop the floor, and also you have to strip the bed of its linens, wash your dishes and collect your towels before you check out or you may pay extra for a maid service that is offered. There’s a small air conditioning unit that has a moldy smell coming out of it and it only keeps the living room cool. I believe, as other reviewers have noted, that the apartment could use some renovating.

Apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was close to everything we had planned to do and satisfied all our needs. It was walking distance to 2nd street and cthe beach. The price was affordable and the communication was excellent. My husband accidentally locked himself out and the owner was quick to respond making sure we were able to get back in when we returned no problem. We appreciated our stay and will plan to stay again when we return.

Great location!

Our stay was easy and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood, with proximity to everything we needed! This worked perfectly for us. Carol and Traian made things very easy!

Great spot next to wonderful food and beach

Place was a hidden little getaway Traian and Carol were responsive and helpful. If you have a desire to eat some great food and even go to the beach it’s literally steps away or a 3min straight car drive to its bustling locations. Also if you enjoy a firm bed then this is your spot to get away from reality and enjoy some bliss and great food: Thanks for the opportunity to stay and definitely allowed us to rejuvenate and relax for a bit.

Delightful getaway!

Staying at this cozy beach apartment made our trip to visit family a special one; Carol and Traían have thought of all the details and were super on top of things with communication and making sure we were all set. Not to mention all of the great recommendations! The location is amazing, and we were especially charmed by all of the super-walkable restaurants nearby. Parking may be more of a challenge, but we didn’t need to worry about that this trip, so that wasn’t a challenge for us in this case.

Excellent Belmont Shore Property

I’ve stayed here multiple times. Always a great stay, location is great in a very nice neighborhood. Communication with Carol and Traian is very prompt and detailed. Property comfortable and just like it is described. I recommend and will stay here again.

When my husband and I arrived at the property we realized it was not suitable enough for us to stay. The Property could definitely use a facelift.By the reviews of excellent, I was expecting so much more.When we sat on the sofa, the springs gave away and it was ripped and repaired with tape. A Very old hot plate was provided along with an old microwave and an even older refrigerator.It would be impossible to blow dry my hair with the plug being on the opposite side of the wall from the mirror, with one outlet.I have read some negative reviews and it seems the owner was just defensive and stated how lovely her apartment is and most people love staying there.Just beware

The owners are amazing. They are so helpful with everything, made it completely effortless. The place is so cute and clean. The location couldn’t be better if you want to be around beautiful walking areas, restaurants and shopping. Could not be happier, I will be back.

There is no place better than this!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and this indeed "Cozy Apartment" was perfect! The place was clean, the host were fantastic, the location was the best part. With the beach just down the street we would end every night with a beautiful view and in a really comfortable bed. Definitely a permanent stay everytime we come back to California from now on!

This little unit is situated on a quiet street within easy walking distance to 2nd street food & shopping attractions, and the beach.The general area is very nice, with lots to do nearby. The host was friendly and helpful. I would return.

Great location and friendly hosts

My wife and I extended our cruise vacation for four days in Long Beach. Carol and Traian were fabulous. The suite is cozy and clean. Parking on the street in front of the property was never an issue. We were so grateful to see a Canadian flag out front for Canadian Flag day on Feb 15 too! Thanks for the hospitality and friendly space. Next time we’re in Long Beach, we will definitely stay again.

We are a friendly married professional couple in our early 60's. We have traveled all around USA, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. We love meeting people from all over the world and sharing different stories and experiences. As well as traveling we also enjoy skiing, cycling, hiking and motorcycling. We bought the house because it is very convenient to be able to walk to shops and restaurants and to walk to the beach. We think that Belmont Shore is a fun place to be and there is always lots of activities going on. Being able to walk to the beach and not drive, is a real plus! Also it is not far to go to LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, and Disneyland!

The unique benefits of this rental are that you may walk in minutes to the beach, and to shops and restaurants. There are lots of activities in the area, and yet the apt itself is quite quiet and peaceful. Since we live on the property in the main house, we are around to help or give information on the area to our visitors!
