Spread across an entire Victorian rowhouse, this is one of DC's rare true big-group homes: eight bedrooms with quality king or queen beds, Smart TVs throughout, and room-darkening shades for sleeping in. Three bedrooms have ensuite baths.



Three fully equipped modern kitchens mean cooking for 28 is actually possible — each with oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Three living areas give the group places to gather without piling into one room, and the outdoor patio adds a quiet retreat.



Whether it's a family reunion, wedding party, retreat, or corporate offsite, the whole building is yours — one flat rate, complete privacy, and space for everyone.



Guest Access:

Enjoy exclusive access to all areas of our luxurious rowhouse. From the opulent bedrooms to the comfortable living rooms, and from the fully-equipped kitchens to the serene patio - they're all for your enjoyment. For parking, a paid off-premises option is readily available at a nearby location for $20/day. You can also find free street parking around the premises, though don't forget to read parking signs.
