10 acres of freedom on your way into the Hills. Situated just 3 miles from town, The Hocking Cottage is perfectly placed for day trips out to the caves (7 miles), and other trips into the city center of Logan.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this navy abode boasts high speed Spectrum internet, 70" smart tv, hot tub, good cell coverage, gas log and electric fireplaces, washer/dryer, and a video game/arcade room.
On the main level you'll find 2 queen bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Kitchen, main living area with 70" smart-tv, and the electric fireplace are all on this level.
In the basement you'll find a lower level seating area with gas log fireplace, and a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds. A toilet and sink are next to the bedroom and a separate shower can be found through the arcade. Access to washer/dryer is on the lower level. We also feature a foosball table, poker table, and board games.
Outdoor charcoal grill and dining for the entire group can be found right off the back steps. The four-person hot tub and a fire pit under the stars is just beyond that.
Max of 6 adults/children for family stays. For adult-only stays: all guests must be over age 25.

Convenience factor really came into play when we selected this whole house renovation. It's on the way to the caves, and yet close enough to a coffee shop, petting zoo, and town for any significant needs or desires.

While this isn't a traditional cabin feel, this fully renovated space is ideal for your family getaway. A game room in the lower level, privacy in the back yard, and a bit of country feel just outside of the city limits.
