Capistrano # 201 er en smuk 2 soveværelser, 2 bad Gulf-front / Beachfront Condo på Mexicogolfen i Seacrest / Inlet Beach, lige vest for Rosemary Beach og Alys Beach. Den 1.175 m². Fod Condo sover 6 med 2 queens og dronning sovesofa i stuen. Vi er på 2. sal i en stille 9-enhed spansk stil bygning med professionel landskabspleje, der omfatter palmer, haver, en springvand, rummelig baggård / legeplads med en 'solnedgang dæk' til '30A traditionen' af drinks på solnedgang, fælles kul grill, parkering og cykelstativ. Den 2. sal er ideel i denne bygning - høj nok til en udsigt over havet og kun en trappe når transporterer bagage eller dagligvarer. Ingen pool --but ingen pool nødvendig med de blide Golfen bølger!

Store, panoramaudsigt fra inde og ude! På din private balkon med et bistrobord og 4 svingbare stole, spis udenfor, se delfiner og smukke solnedgange, lav din e-mail eller skriv en roman. Very nice place. The views are amazing. You need to rent beach chairs and umbrella. There is a place right on the beach that sets it up for you.

Great visit with friends and relatives

Great location but the stairs were a bit much for me. We had a little difficulty getting our luggage up and down the stairs.

Location is amazing. The beach was not crowded at all for our visit! The unit was in tip-top shape! The only negative was the people moving in and out of the unit above us at the crack of dawn, and the next group of kids sounded like a herd of elephants. Not very soundproof. I would definitely stay here again!

We get great feedback from couples, couples with one or two kids, couples with kids and a set of grandparents, and groups of girlfriends on a beach vacation, spa weekend or bridal shower getaways. Capistrano 201 the best, most relaxing vacation

This might be the quietest stretch of beach along 30A. We stayed end of May and there was barely one row of beach umbrellas. The condo has everything we needed...beautiful, clean, and well-stocked European-style kitchen with comfortable beds and a living room that features views of the gulf. We had fun every night going down to the sunset deck on the large back garden of Capistrano. We will stay here again !!

Great Location and View

This property and the managers are great. Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay and getting to and from the beach is as easy as could be. Great location for nearby restaurants and there are a few grocery stores just a few minutes away.

Great location

This condo was exactly as listed with a great view of the ocean and a beach that is not crowded. Jake’s Beach Service was right below the condo so it was a short walk back and forth. FYI: Quite a climb from the beach so not suitable for the infirmed. The condo was well appointed with all the comforts of home. The best restaurants in the area are a short drive/Uber away. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay on a beautiful beach

The property was conveniently located and perfect for a girl’s getaway! Got in plenty of time rambling through Rosemary, Alys, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Time on the beach was much needed. The view from the balcony with early morning coffee was a peasant touch!

You MUST stay here!!!

This place deserves 10 stars!! It is in the absolute best location and has amazing beach-front views but is still tucked away so that you aren’t crowded on the beach. Perfect biking distance from shops and restaurants. The inside was very clean and well-kept and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

We bought this condo on our first visit--lovely Spanish-style building, great landscaping, beautiful designer kitchen and bathrooms, gorgeous beach views! It's a lovely area with lots to do, and in the Spring Break and High Summer seasons, it is Couple and Family Friendly, not Party Friendly. Seaside, Rosemary and Alys Beach offer charming independent shops and restaurants and often have events such as Wine tasting, Arts and Crafts festivals, as well as weekly Farmers' Markets.

This unit has the ideal location--between Seaside and Alys Beach/Rosemary Beach--on the 30A walking/running/bike path. Capistrano is a quiet 9 unit building with a private beach, accessed by a coded beach gate. The second floor is also ideal with The amazing gulf view and only one flight of stairs. When you want a break from the fully equipped, designer kitchen and wave or dolphin watching on the balcony, there are numerous bike rentals, quaint shops, bars and restaurants close by. Beach chair and umbrella rental companies on 30A with daily set up services are plentiful. (Google 30a beach services).
