Hi Thomas, I deeply apologize for the AC issue you experienced during your stay. Had I known about the issue, I would have sent a repair man out immediately. I respond to all issues that arise right away and do my best to make sure all guest are comfortable in our home. Luckily you were able to stay cool with the other two AC units! Arrow Exterminators is our pest control service and they do come monthly to spray for insects. I will report your complaint and have them return. If you had mentioned the insects during your stay I would have had them return while you were there. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the outdoor living space and we hope to host you again in the future!
