Summary:

Just minutes from Downtown San Diego, our beach boardwalk event space offers a stunning outdoor setting right on the Good Life Vacation Rental Hotel property.



NOTE: Our event space has a 5-hour minimum booking. This includes 30 minutes before your event for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup.



After you confirm, you will receive a link via email with all resort rules and you will be required to upload your Identification.



The Space:

• BYO Catering & BBQ for guest use

• Legal Hotel: Our event space is legal as we are a certified legal hotel. You are free to host your event or party without worry that your event will be shut down.

We charge a mandatory $40 cleaning fee at the time of booking.

If you plan on hosting a ticketed event, we charge a $400 refundable fee.

Guest Access:

Arrival Instructions & Rental Access Codes will be sent on the day of arrival via Email. Additionally, you may find information regarding access codes, check-in, room upgrades and more via your 'Guest App'. Our team will send out instructions on how to view your 'Guest App' prior to arrival.

We’re always making improvements to our spaces. Please note that features may differ slightly from what’s pictured. On-site tours can be requested. Thank you.



- Event Space: Minimum 5-hour booking, including 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup. If you’d like to extend your booking beyond the minimum 5 hours, there will be an additional cost of $95 for each extra hour.



- EVENT SPACE ONLY for 5 hours or time period agreed upon. Does not include overnight or indoor space (inquire and let us know how many beds needed and people overnight; additional fee



- ID Verification: Upload your ID to our welcome software to unlock WiFi, entry code, and parking details.



Guest total calculation: please include adults, kids ages 2+, and vendors & staff. We need to account for space and bathrooms for everyone who’s mobile to stay within occupancy limits.



- Insurance: Provide proof of insurance ($120) and a signed waiver before arrival for a smooth experience.



Interaction with Guests:

At Good Life Resorts, our site manager will personally welcome you, and our team is available 24/7 via text and phone for any questions. Enjoy the privacy of your rental, with minimal contact with other guests—just like in a hotel. Each rental also has its own unique access code for your peace of mind.
