This recently updated 1947 farmhouse on 10 acres blends both the old and new for a perfect getaway! The original hardwood floors, front door, and kitchen cabinets pair beautifully with new furniture and modern decor. Enjoy peaceful views over morning coffee at the hand-crafted kitchen bar and picturesque sunsets by the cozy outdoor fire pit. Nashville and Franklin are close by for great day trips!

This 1500-square-foot farmhouse, originally built in 1947, is located just minutes from Downtown Dickson, Greystone Golf Club, and Montgomery Bell State Park is the perfect getaway for you or the entire family!

When you arrive for your stay and enter the kitchen, you will immediately find all the appliances, cookware, dishware, and utensils you need to prepare a memorable homemade meal. A Keurig and drip coffee maker are provided along with coffee and other coffee essentials. You and your guests can take advantage of the spacious accommodations and enjoy your meal at the custom farm table and hand-made live-edge cedar breakfast bar! These areas are great locations to plug in your laptop should you need to be connected during your stay. The house is equipped with high-speed internet to keep you and your devices connected.

The living and sitting rooms offer plenty of space to relax, play games, watch a movie, or catch the big game on the new 65" Smart TV!

Numerous sleeping options are provided between the 3 bedrooms furnished with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. New mattresses and soft bedding await to help ensure you get a great night's sleep. Everything you sit on or sleep in is brand new to the home!

The bathroom will be fully stocked with fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hairdryer to make your stay as convenient as possible. Laundry is also located inside the home. We simply ask our guests bring their own laundry detergent. We will also provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels for your convenience.

Just up the hill behind the house, you will find the beautifully designed fire pit illuminated with dreamy string lighting. This is our favorite spot to take in the breathtaking sunsets you can witness while on the farm. Starter wood is provided and located in the barn right next to the fire pit.

Also outside, a two-car carport provides easy access to the house. The flat, manicured front and back lawn are wonderful areas for the family and children to get out and play!

Our family farm is next door, and we host this property as a family as well. We are close by should you need anything and hope you enjoy the area as much as we do.

This was our second time staying at the Farmhouse. It is clean and comfortable. A beautiful location- saw multiple deer during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had the best time. The farmhouse is adorable and so close to everything. We attended a wedding at FireFly Lane and it was only 20 minutes away. The firepit was so nice to sit around and enjoy. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Like Home

Property perfect location between local family members and it was comfortable and big enough to host a dinner for our family. They all loved it and we enjoyed our time so very much. Just like home!

This farmhouse was excellently appointed, immaculate and serene. They did have an excess of plug-in style air fresheners, which we are personally not a fan of. We enjoyed the little cards with information about Historical items in the home. The purpose of our stay was we attended a wedding at the firefly event space. The drive was about 20 minutes. We would recommend this farmhouse if you are looking for a very clean place to get away from everything.

Best stay ever!

This was the most beautifully decorated, well loved, clean home we’ve ever stayed in! It sits on acres of beautiful farm land and was just perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving! Our host, Abby, was so sweet, communicative and helpful. We were so impressed by the history of the farmhouse and all the modern updates within the home. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom and rest of the house were extremely clean. Many home comfort items for the kitchen (cooking spray, paper towels, a Keurig & pods), the bathroom (shampoo & conditioner), general cleaning items and so much more were provided which was so nice. The fire pit and chairs outside were so cool! My two boys loved it! Thanks so much Abby! We made the best memories in your beautiful home! ♥️

The Farmhouse is a winner!

Stayed at the Farmhouse while in town for a family high school graduation. Convenient location if visiting Dickson or White Bluff. The owners have done a great job of blending the history of the house with modern updates. Plenty of space for our group. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and the fire pit area and swing were a hit. Would definitely recommend.
