Rob, we definitely have to agree with you! These units are considered a hidden gem here in Bend as almost everyone who visits always comes back! We are just a short ten-15 minute walk to the heart of downtown which means endless things to do and see. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay as that is our top priority. Cottage 260 "Hot Dam" is just steps away from the Deschutes riverside with its very own back patio! This cottage also offers a washer and dryer, heated floors and a steam shower! Lindsay, we appreciate your review! Taking the river trail into downtown to grab a bite to eat is surely relaxing, beautiful, and defiantly enjoyable! We also want to say thank you for being so kind. Our housekeeping team has indeed been short staffed this summer but they are truly trying their best to keep up! Be sure to give us a call when planning your next visit!

We are disheartened to hear that you had cleaning concerns during your stay. Our staff works hard to ensure all of condos are well cleaned and we are sorry to hear that this was not the case for you. We would have loved the opportunity to rectify your concerns during your stay, but we understand you may not have know this option was available to you. We are currently in the process of creating an instruction manual for all the special amenities this condo has to offer! We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in the 'Hot Dam' condo here at Bend Riverside Rentals! The location really can't be beat, with the patio out back that is just a stone's throw from the river! Makes for some great r&r time! Sorry that the dumpster area wasn't the most convenient to get to, that is where our HOA has placed it and unfortunately we don't get a say in that part. The heated floors sure to help the coziness of the condo, don't they!? We can't wait to have you back next time you want a little trip to Bend!

We will be headed over to the unit this week to test out the mattresses and if they happen to need replacement, we could try to look into possibly upgrading the mattress to a king size.
