The house was great and in a great location!! There was enough space to accommodate our large group and it was comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will hopefully stay here again!

Amazing home

We had a great stay here with a group of friends for an Offroad race. Lots of beds and very comfortable home. Would absolutely stay here again,

Very Roomy Comfortable House

The house was very accommodating for a large group. Overall the house was clean and comfortable. There was a slight issue with keeping the downstairs basement room cool enough, but the host graciously turned the whole ac down which helped. The boat dock was accessible, which made boating easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this house to large groups of 10 or more. Thanks for memories.

PERFECT LOCATION! BEAUTIFUL HOME!

We really enjoyed our stay here—lots of room for everyone. The game room was the perfect space for all the kids to play after spending the day on the river. The dock was easy to maneuver in and out of the river. The home was clean and inviting. Two refrigerators made it easy to stock up on drinks and food for a large family. The balcony could use some cleaning as there were a lot of spider webs on the railing. The owner was easy to reach with any questions or concerns. We will be booking this home again, and looking forward to making more family memories here.

The photos do not do this gorgeous home justice. It is gorgeous and really great for a large group. We had zero issues! I read some previous comments about the game room being too hot. We DID NOT have this problem. Following the host’s instructions, everything was cool and comfortable even though it was over 110 outside during the day. The main floor was awesome to hang out in. Great dining table. Nice bar area removed from the kitchen. They have everything you need to cook and tons of fridge space. The game room was like a fancy dorm room. Everything worked and the beds were comfortable. So much space!!! I look forward to booking this home again. Thank you!

Misleading description of River House

The property itself was fine and the house was quite large and in decent condition. The issue is that 50% of the bedrooms were in a basement that had no air conditioning. Nowhere in the description of the house did it say that and of course in Parker Arizona in the summertime the weather is in excess of 117. This of course makes 50% of the sleeping area available absolutelymiserable! I never would have rented this house had I known that. It is my belief that the owner was deliberately deceptive as she knew we had a group of 17 people.

Providing our guests the best experience possible is our top priority. As I expressed to you earlier, I am very sorry that your visit to our home did not meet your expectations. I know that can be very disappointing. Our large 3-level home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a large dorm style game room with 9 additional beds. The air conditioning in the home and all the bedrooms has very strong, consistent air flow. However, the dorm room does not have direct AC and relies on keeping the door at the top of the stairs open and the use of several fans to keep it cool. Unfortunately, when you arrived, some but not all the fans were not in the dorm room and had been moved to other floors. When you called the next morning, you said that your guests did not sleep well as it was not cool enough. I immediately responded by having a worker bring over 5 more fans and an excavator fan with which he moved all hot air out. When he left, he measured the temperature at 65 degrees with the fans running. The next morning your husband thanked me for my immediate response and reported, “Good morning, we just wanted to reach out and say thank you very much for remedying the problem. Everyone downstairs slept great, and the temperatures were good. We appreciate all the fans you delivered.” Nevertheless, given the poor experience, I refunded you for those guests as you said they were going to look for a different rental. Instead, they all decided to stay the remaining days for free which I allowed. I have now made it more clear on the website and forms sent out to guests how the cooling is done in the game/ dorm room. Again, I am sorry for your experience and wish you the best. Vivian, Owner

Convenient but very expensive and restrictive

This home is beautiful and has a great location in the keys. The sleeping situation is odd as the basement is set up like a dorm room. It’s a large home and accommodated our large group. AC is controlled and much of the house was hot and we couldn’t get the majority of the ceiling fans to work. Parking is extremely limited and there are lots of additional fees associated with being able to fully utilize the house. For example, even though it can accommodate a large group there are additional fees for if you use over a certain number of beds per bed. We liked the private dock which was convenient. Be sure to follow the instructions in the binder to a T because there are additional fees if you don’t. After being accused of damaging property and then later being told it was not us I will from now on moving forward always take before and after videos of any vacation rentals. I had mixed emotions about our stay, it was incredibly expensive with lots of restrictions, but it was a beautiful and convenient home and location.

Kitchen Not fully equipped, found dirty towels in a closet in a bathroom, had to go to Walmart for basics like soap & shampoo for everyone and downstairs bathroom water sits on tub and sink, outdated bathrooms. We Did Love the Space and views!. Some Rules & Fees are a little different than other houses we've been to. I don't usually give reviews like this, sorry
