Open floor plan with a Covered Lanai and a screened in pool. Triple sliding glass doors open up the living space. TV's with internet access in every room including the pool area. 30' Dock and boat launch close by so bring your boat. Quiet neighborhood street ideal for families. Outside patio plus ample space at the dock. Two kayaks and two bikes available with signed liability waiver. Maximum of three cars in driveway. No cars in the garage. Will consider one small dog that is house trained.

Beautiful home on saltwater canal. Owner supplied lots of extras, pool toys, kayaks e-bikes to make our stay even more enjoyable! Location is perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with us we will be back!

The property was in great shape and it was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The master suite king bed was comfortable the other two beds, not so much. The pool area is the highlight of the house and we spent most of our time out there. The neighborhood is very nice well kept and quiet.

Cal was great with communication! He allowed us to check in early, which was really nice. The house was as described and had everything we needed. We loved taking the kayaks and bicycles out. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay!We had an amazing time at this home! Cal, the owner, was incredibly attentive and made sure we felt welcome—even letting us know his neighbor was available if we needed anything during our stay. The house truly had everything you could possibly want. It’s in a great location and a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The pool and canal were perfect and kept the kids entertained for hours. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

We have been coming to Palm Coast for overt 10 years and this was the best property we have stayed at. It has a beautiful setting on the canal with pool and spa. Very spacious and decorated with class and everything you need to feel like home. 5 Star property!

Haven

Stayed here for the Nascar Racing at Daytona which is only a short drive away.This beautiful Villa is on the water in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood near to sandy beaches and shopping malls. There is also the European Centre within a 15 minute walk, went for Italian and Indian meals both fabulous. The Villa has everything you could want for a relaxing vacation.

February week stay

Beautiful home in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Comfortable furniture and beds and the master bath is spacious. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. Great canal views, and nice pool (not heated and a little chili in February.)But the hot tub was great . Saw osprey and dolphins all most daily. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed and the pool was especially a plus. The location was also a plus due to being close to the beach and shopping. The owner was especially easy to work with and we will definitely plan on returning.

This is a beautiful house. We loved being on the canal for fishing and the pool is great. Almost no reason to leave the house. When we did leave, there are several public parking areas on the beach within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Cal answered promptly when we had questions. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Great place to relax

This is a great place to stay. The Canal is really fun on the Kayaks, great pool and spa and clean and comfortable. We used the beach chairs and umbrella a ton. I would not hesitate to book this stay again

Great Location

We really enjoyed this home. So much space. The location of the home we close to shopping and beaches. House was very clean and the kitchen was great! The extra fridge was a bonus! Neighbor was nice. We were able to walk in the mornings and at night. Just a lovely place

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at our stay. The house and amenities were perfect for our family. The owner is very accommodating and responsive! I highly recommend this home for vacation getaway!

Sort of disappointed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and the house had everything we needed. The neighbor's/neighborhood were very nice and made us feel right at home. The E-bikes were so much fun to ride and explore the area. I do have one complaint, I contacted the owner to let him know that the toilet in the master bathroom was filthy with blood and fecal on the toilet and even the toilet paper holder. I even sent him pictures so he would see exactly what I was talking about, I wasn’t looking for a refund or anything like that I just wanted him to know what we found. I never received a response from him apologizing or saying that he would take care of the situation with his cleaning company or whoever stayed there last and left this nasty mess for someone else to have to come in and clean up!!

Amazing property for active families

Clean, easy check-in, great communication! Pool was wonderful, e-bikes and kayaks were a great addition & we caught several fish off the dock. Great walking/running/biking trails in the area & close enough to St. Augustine to take in plenty of history & shopping there as well. Kitchen was well-stocked, Scrabble was great on rainy days & beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach/pool accessories available as well. Would definitely stay again!

Home at Last

The vacation home was amazing along with the comfort of a backyard oasis! The neighborhood was super inviting with lovely people and food! Cal was super responsive and accommodating!

It was a great house, location was perfect, host was very accommodating. House was on a quiet street and minutes from the beaches and restaurants. We loved the area and would go back again.

Wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is large and comfortable. The neighborhood seemed really nice and safe. The outside lanai is great. It rained the entire week of our vacation but it was not a problem at this house. The lanai has a covered part that you can still use even in the rain. The pool was nice and clean. We were able to get the rest and relaxation that we needed. We wished that we could have stayed longer. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Incredible Home Away from Home

This trip was incredible from beginning to end! The owner is very responsive! A gorgeous home with beautiful clean pool and excellent canal dock. The home is perfect to relax in and is accommodating for cooking in, bbqing, and is an excellent location to beaches and shopping. We did not want to leave!
