Enjoy ocean and pool views from this spacious studio at the ideally located Hawaiian Monarch. Nestled at the beginning of Waikiki, this unit features ac, smart tv, wifi and cable a short walk from Fort DeRussy Beach Park, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ala Wai Canal and more. The Hawaiian Monarch is a secured building that includes a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub steps away from Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Take a short stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, and Hawaiian Convention Center.

This partially remodeled studio offers ocean and pool views and sleeps 2. This unit is located on the 11th floor. Elevators are available.

KITCHEN/DINING
This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2 guests), dining area for 2 guests, smart tv, and ac.

BED/BATH
This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2 guests) and full bath with standing shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The Hawaiian Monarch building offers upgraded amenities such as a giant Sundeck, pool and hot tub, paid fitness center (one-time nominal fee), paid luggage storage (one-time nominal fee), paid laundry (nominal fee). The building lobby levels also have a locally-owned coffee shop, car rental, King’s (bar), convenience store and restaurant (Burger & Sushi). Building has 24/7 security, elevators and attached, secured garage.

PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $40/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

The Hawaiian Monarch offers easy access to Honolulu’s diverse offerings. Take a short walk to the restaurant-filled Hilton Hawaiian Village or the adjacent protected bay for swimming, picnic-ing and paddle boarding. Explore nearby Fort DeRussy Beach Park, soft-sanded beaches, famous restaurants, surf lessons, paddle board rentals, and shopping. Close to Hawaii Convention Center, Royal Hawaiian Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head State Monument and more.

I was surprised at how charming it was. And I had no idea it had 2 hottubs and a pool. It's an older place but everything worked well and it was clean. Another pleasant surprise was the Sidetack bar. The staff was really fun and the atmosphere was like a cool dive neighborhood lounge. They served good food until almost 2am! I highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well-located studio, close to beaches and restaurants. It has a pool, gym, and jacuzzi. Near Walmart, Don Quijote, and Target. You can do everything on foot. There are car and motorcycle rental companies at the front desk, so don't rent anything at the airport; you'll find better deals at the building's front desk. Great space, I will definitely return.

Reviewer Comments: First off when we arrived I didn’t have any instructions on how to get into the room. There is no cleaning service available to freshen towels or replenish anything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the place was good walking distance to shop's,beach,bus stop,and restaurants. Checking in was a little harder as we didn't get a email about our check in until the day we arrived,if we would of known earlier would of make things easier for us as we travel from overseas. Everything was good about the apartment, but the only down fall for us about the apartment was the showers bathroom. Shower was old need a new one and for people that a ftom overseas first time i think there should be instructions about how to turn on the showers as it was old can't see which side was cold or hot,but other than that everything was alright.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was just fine but the amount of dust under the AC unit and in general actually made my Asthma flare up. There’s also mold in the shower appliance that is kinda gross. The floors in the bathroom were dirty in the corners. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable
