Visit Salt Lake City in our cozy and modern one bedroom guesthouse! Sip coffee to the beautiful view of the Wasatch Mountains, kick back and relax in front of the 55-inch 4K TV, or snuggle up with our plush comforters and pillows on the soft, memory foam king bed. We’d be delighted to host you!

—Neighborhood—
We are tucked into a quaint and historic Salt Lake City neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, and parks, and within two miles of groceries, entertainment, shopping, downtown Salt Lake City, 9th and 9th, and Sugarhouse. Thirty minutes from Park City, and 45 minutes from the major ski resorts like Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and Solitude. The perfect central spot for your visit to Salt Lake!

—Kitchen—
We have a fully stocked kitchen including:
•Drip coffee maker with coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers
•Refrigerator
•Oven with electric stovetop
•Microwave
•Sink
•Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need!
Other kitchen necessities include griddle, blender, crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, high chair and eating essentials for children.

—Bedroom—
•Bedroom - King bed, queen air mattress, blinds, black-out curtains, closet with hangers just outside bedroom
•Pack n play available at all times
Fresh sheets and plenty of soft pillows and duvets will be available!

—TV and Internet—
55-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Video, and any other apps you’d like with high-speed WiFi with download speeds up to 150 mbps!

—Bathroom—
Bathroom has large shower and bathtub combo, large shower head, and single sink vanity. Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available!

—Yard—
•Woodsy backyard area with large trees, solar lights, wood firepit, table, chairs, and umbrella. Backyard is shared with our main home until we are able to build a fence for your privacy and luxury!

—Laundry—
We do not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat a block away.

—Additional—
This is the guesthouse of our personal home, located on the opposite side of the yard and accessed by the alleyway behind our house. You can park one vehicle next to the guesthouse, street parking is close as well. We have 10:00pm outdoor quiet hours to be respectful of our neighbors.

We pride ourselves in creating welcoming, clean, and beautiful spaces for our guests to come home to.

Space was nice. Backyard area was not really useable, however. Parking on the street and walking down a dark, gravel alley may not work for everyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The couch in the photos is not the couch in the rental. The rental couch had stains on it and smelled. My adult son and I did not feel well while sitting on the couch, and I contacted the host and immediately left the unit at 10 pm. The host was extremely unhelpful and did not offer any suggestions as to how to remedy the situation. I stayed in a hotel room and booked alternate accommodations for the remainder of my stay in Salt Lake. The host was argumentative with us regarding our experience and repeatedly stated that there was no smell.In addition to the couch, the outdoor space is not a place where you would want to spend any time. The furniture was dirty, and there was no fire pit as listed in the post. The entrance into the unit is under construction and also smelled, but we weren’t notified of that until three days before our stay. The lack of support and understanding by the host was extremely disappointing and I would look elsewhere for a place to stay.
