SPLASH offers a spectacular array of amenities, over 400 feet of pristine Gulf front, two distinct water park environments, full fitness center, island style beach bar & grill, and covered parking. Lazy river, Splash water park, 2 heated pools, and hot tub. It's all here at SPLASH. The facilities are ideal for kids and adults alike - - fun for everyone!

This beautifully decorated Paradise floor plan unit awaits you with comfortable luxury.

This exquisite unit sleeps 8 in beds and 2 more on sofa bed for a total of 10 people. Two king master suites (one is a private lock-out suite) w/gulf view balconies, and a guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds also with its own private balcony. The main king master bedroom boast a spacious bathroom with a large separate shower and garden tub.

Splash resort panama city beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two pools, a jacuzzi and, riptide, the poolside bar & grill.

Family vacation

Unit was great! Resort could use some maintenance and upgrades. Elevator didn’t always operate, there isn’t a ramp for wagons to get to beach (stairs only), beach chairs were put away at 3 and could use a cleaning and fresh paint!

Family Fun

This was condo was exceptional! Very clean. Great floorplan. Privacy for everyone. Excellent communication with owner. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job adding extra touches, such as, kitchen towels and top of the paper towels shaped like a bow. This was our third time to stay at Splash and this condo has been the best by far. We loved that every balcony had great views of the beach. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. At this resort. There was a slight movement mistake made but Mr. Mann the owner took care of it asap. I will definitely be coming back and staying in Mr. Mann’s condo again.

Fabulous Family Fun

Beautiful views & fun water activities. We enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was. We also all slept well in the cozy beds. And even though there were 9 of us, we had plenty of space. We very much appreciated how responsive James was during our stay. It’s such a wonderful space to connect with our family!! We would definitely come back and stay and we would also recommend to friends and family. We just had the best time.

Great place to stay!

We spent 6 days here over Spring Break . It was amazing. The view of the Gulf, the beautiful co do, the amenities on site. Everything was great! Would definitely stay again!

The furniture was nice, kitchen very well stocked. Unit needed a better cleaning, floors didn't appear to be mopped & bathtub was dirty. Beds were very comfortable & everyone had a great time at the pool. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Beautiful condo. Air doesnt work well though.

Master bedroom has air issue. That room is very warm. Wasnt cleaned well before arrival. Dust/hair and sand balls in all the corners and by the curtains and blinds. Dishes in cabinet were still dirty from previous people. Balcony chairs were sticky and sandy.

Spectacular condo with amazing views!

This condo was everything we needed for our family!! We had 5 kids in tow, ranging in age from 8-16. Plenty of space in this gorgeous condo overlooking the gulf. There are 3 balconies and each one has an amazing view. We loved that this was a corner unit, the windows and each balcony all provided such a cool view at any point during the day/evening. On the last full day of our stay we saw dolphins from the balcony which was very cool! Washer and dryer in unit came in incredibly handy, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and linens plentiful in each bathroom. The furniture was cozy and comfortable, as well as clean. Each bedroom was decorated so cute, and there was plenty of storage in the dressers/closets to put away belongings if desired. Both master baths were huge, as well as there being a decent sized full 3rd bathroom directly across from the bunk bed room. With having 5 kids in tow, my husband and I opted for the more private king suite bedroom, that also included an adorable little kitchenette and a cute little sitting area near the windows. There were a couple different options for food onsite, if cooking your own meals isn’t always feasible. On our last day we utilized the coffee/donut/breakfast shop for breakfast, and the riptide grill near the pool for lunch. The portions served at the grill are huge, and it was great bar type of food. There are also grills on the property that you can use if you contact security. Several restaurants located nearby as well. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends in the future, and would stay again if we return to Panama City Beach!! The property manager was also incredible to work with! FYI, if you arrive after the check in desk is closed, be sure to get your wristbands and parking pass ASAP the following morning. We arrived at 6pm and the desk was closed, so we tried to go again around 7:45am the following morning. The desk was closed at that time as well, so when 8am rolled around and my youngest child was ready to swim, my husband didn’t have a wristband yet and was approached while watching him swim by one of the workers who required them to leave the pool area until he had his wristband. It wasn’t an issue, other than she was incredibly rude. Most of the people checking wristbands seemed pleasant as we watched this happen several times to others throughout the week, but we watched the same woman continue to be rude to other families as well.

Well stocked with great views

Our family of 2 adults and 6 kids under 13 stayed here and everyone loved the location and amenities. Well stocked kitchen with space to spread out and views from every balcony.
