Check-in was challenging since at night and raining. More detail about the 2 buildings and floor orientation would be helpful. Door unlocked process did not match video that was sent, but we figured it out.Very nice unit, quiet, well equipped kitchen (need a paring knife!).Comfortable beds and furniture in and out on balcony. Pool clean. Beach access just a short walk away. Bike rental easy. All in all, nice location.

This condo was a beautiful place to stay! Great access to beach, rooms were clean, the patio was perfect to relax, everyone we met was super friendly, and the management was easy to contact and responded quickly!

Wonderful Condo!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was very nice, spacious, and clean. It was a short walk to the beach and in the perfect location for all things 30A. We look forward to visiting again!

The property was great. Very accommodating for our family. Great location. The property owners were great with communication! We had a small refrigerator leak and they were there same day to get it fixed. Would definitely stay with them again.

Convenient, clean and affordable. Here are some suggestions: spatula for the kitchen, trash chute in hallway, luggage rolling cart to be available near the elevator. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! Nice and clean, good location and close to Rosemary & Seaside. Also there is a Publix nearby in Watercolor.

Check in was smooth. I traveled there with my son and a few friends. My son put the trash outside the condo door because I forgot to tell him to take to dumpster. They sent someone to the condo (I was not there at the time) and made my son call me to make sure I was staying at the condo. My son is 18 years old, so I didn’t feel like I needed to stay with him the whole time. I was staying at the condo, but I wasn’t there at that time. When I return to the condo, I call them so they can “confirm” I am there. They told me that no one was available to come confirm. After I thought the trash issue was resolved, they told me there was a noise complaint. When I question why I wasn’t informed on the night of the condo, they said they didn’t feel it was necessary to let me know. That would have been fine, but why was it is an issue AFTER the trash issue and confirming I am there. The area is very nice, and we didn’t let them ruin our trip, but I will not return there. We will definitely look for somewhere to stay because we visit 30 A often.

Very satisfied

Our stay was fabulous. The complex is gated, there was ample parking and everything felt very safe and homey. While it is not on the beach it is an extremely close walk. The property was very clean, well stocked with cooking supplies and I would absolutely stay here again!

It Was Perfect!!

When we arrived the unit was ready and entry was no problem. When you walk in, it is just like the pictures! We loved the layout. The unit has been well maintained and is so comfy and cozy. We would definitely recommend it!

This property was perfect for us. Everything was as listed. Perfect location. Short walk to the beach that even our young kids could handle. Easy check in/check out. The unit was clean. We will definitely rebook in the future.

It was clean and the space was pretty nice. Would have been nice to have more than one trash bag and some hand soap and more than two rolls of toilet paper. Little things like that go a long way. It doesn’t cost much to provide that and if you don’t get that at the store when you get there because you don’t get to check in until 4 PM then you have to go again. I wouldn’t stay again just because I didn’t love it and it would be nice to be closer to the beach and not in a condominium unit.

Great Spring Break tripp

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There was plenty of space, it was clean and very nice. Our only complaint is that there was no hot tub which was listed in the original description. It was cool so that would have been beneficial for us to use while we were there. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Great Experience All Around

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Walking on Sunshine for a little over a week and had an excellent experience! The unit was clean and well appointed. The furniture was comfortable and made the place really feel like home. We had no issues during our stay, and Blue Swell was incredibly quick to respond the two times I contacted them. They even had the unit ready for check in a couple of hours early! We've stayed at the Highlands of Seagrove a few times, and this is our favorite unit, so far.

Great Place to Stay

This property was comfortable and the property company made it feel like a hotel. It’s about 0.2 miles from the public beach, so not a bad walk! The beds and furniture were nice and very comfortable. They provided more “starter items” (tp, dish soap, shampoo) than I anticipated, enough to get by for a day or 2 without going to the store. They also provided plenty of towels. The only issue I had was that I was given the incorrect key code and we couldn’t get in for 30 minutes and called the property company numerous times and never got through. The regular line, the maintenance line and the emergency line were all the same number! Eventually, I texted the number that had sent me automated messages and got an answer right away. So if you stay at a property managed by Blue Swell, they are great, but text their random number they send you reminders on, don’t call their office or the number they provide on the app and in the listing. Overall, would recommend and stay there again.

Place was fine, but not good for families with young kids!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was in a good location, fairly close to beach access. The place itself is a bit outdated, a dirty washcloth was left in our shower and the trash can in the kitchen didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There is no cart to help load luggage up to the 4th floor, which was a bit of an bummer but the elevators were working ant check in so that was good. Overall the property itself was fine. However there is a neighbor who yelled at my kids 4 different times for no reason at all. The first time they were playing at the pool and she commented on how loud they were. And on the other 3 different occasions she told them there’s no running in the halls. I’m sorry but if you don’t want to live where other people rent their places to other people then you need to move. My kids can be wild I’ll admit but these weren’t those instances. They were just running to get to the elevators. And these were not at late times, these were during the day.It felt like she was waiting for our kids to be in the hallway to scream out at them. I would speak to your HOA about this woman because we won’t come back because of her.
