The house was amazing, the kitchen was beautiful, the house and backyard was great for the kids to run around in and get some energy out. The hosts were accommodating and communicated through our trip to ensure if everything was going good and if we needed anything.

Lisa was an absolutely wonderful host! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. The house itself is beautiful and so welcoming—it truly brought back childhood memories of growing up on a quiet, peaceful street. The neighborhood is friendly and inviting, which made our stay even more special. Lisa is a genuinely kind person, and we are so grateful for her accommodating us last minute. Although we were not there for vacation, we will definitely come back for vacation! This home is a little slice of heaven. Thank you so much for sharing it with us and being so thoughtful! We are forever grateful!

This home has my dream kitchen! And a lovely dining room and comfy living and bedrooms. Plenty of room for 4 friends to spread out and have a little alone time or an afternoon nap! It’s on a very private street that’s quite close to a main thoroughfare. The landscaping is gorgeous and we enjoyed the butterflies and tiny frogs. Well stocked and the host even left us a lovely welcoming bottle of wine. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at the house for our girls trip. Visited Tybee beach and Savannah historic district, park and Bonaventure Cemetery, both were close by driving. The house was as described and stocked with amenities. The kitchen was beautiful and everything you. Would need was there. We loved the front porch with rocking chairs.

We were a party of three celebrating our 65th birthdays in Savannah. The house is perfectly situated for easy and quick trips into Savannah or out to Tybee Island/Beach. The heat was beastly so it was refreshing to return to a cool, comfortable home with so much room to relax. We regretted we could not enjoy the porches on all sides, but we didn't want to bake alive! The house was clean and well stocked. There is lots of parking. The neighborhood is very quiet with lots of privacy with the plantings around the house. Charming Coastal Cottage is a fantastic choice if you're visiting the area.

Beautiful open style cottage

This property was very pretty and check in and out was perfect. Open communication with the owner. We stayed for my grandsons birthday. Directly between tybee island and savannah. We cooked most meals in the beautiful kitchen. We all enjoyed our stay and would def book again.

One of the best properties we have stayed in.

Where do I start? This place is fantastic. The yard is lush and beautiful, full of vegetation. The porch is great and relaxing. The bedrooms are spacious and have closet space. The vaulted ceiling makes the space feel massive. The crown jewel is the kitchen. You might be able to fit 20 people around that island. A true entertainer's kitchen. It was more than four of us needed, but we still appreciated having it. We were able to cook breakfast without issue. The host even left a bottle of wine to welcome us. Hands down one of the best stays we have had.

A Top Notch Choice

This cottage is gorgeous and the photos do not do it justice. The kitchen is a dream! The modern amenities blend so well with the rustic charm of the home. It was spotlessly clean and even had cold drinks ready! The rocking chairs on the porch were great to relax in after a day of exploring.Lisa is a wonderful host who checked in with us to see if we needed anything.Everything you would need is provided including charging stations in every room. This is one of the best rentals in which we have stayed. Also, the landscaping and plant life are incredible and there are several different kinds of birds around which we loved looking up on our BirdNet app. The beds and couch were very comfortable and we appreciated the throw blankets.The drive from downtown Savannah and Tybee island was only 15 mins. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. You cannot go wrong with this cottage. Thank you again. Lisa!

Weekend family reunion

Comfortable and well-appointed house in a quiet, cozy waterside neighborhood about halfway between downtown Savannah and Tybee beach. Spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen with an open floor plan. Three bedrooms will accommodate a family with several kids or two couples, each with one or two kids. A broad porch with 4 rocking chairs is the perfect place to visit or read, while a back deck has a grill, large table, and 4 comfortable chairs.We cooked a leg of lamb for Easter and found all the pots, pans, spices, and cooking tools we needed, as well as a full set of plates, bowls, and cutlery.The fenced-in back yard, defined by a fence and dense trees, is a great space for energetic kids.In short, we loved this house and look forward to staying here again when we next return to Savannah.The water's edge and access to an extensive marsh is only about 300 feet from the front door.

Friends Weekend

Great house, love the kitchen... we spent most of our time on the front porch or the kitchen talking and enjoying each others company. Close to Tybee Island where we climbed the lighthouse and had a great seafood dinner.

Perfect home base

Perfect home base between Tybee Island and Savannah. The cottage was very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. Everything thoughtfully labeled. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Appreciated all the amenities!

Girls’ trip

We came down to see the Savannah Bananas and decided to stay a few days. I found this home and WOW! It is prettier than the pictures!! Very clean and spacious for the 3 of us! Thank you for supplying basic needs and the bottle of wine was great!The home is close to Grayson stadium, Tybee Beach and downtown Savannah!A neighbor stopped by to say hi and recommended Erica Davis restaurant which did not disappoint. Looking forward to coming back and will definitely book here again!

Perfect cottage for our weekend stay

The cottage is in an ideal location between Savannah and Tybee Island. Only 15 minutes to downtown yet you feel the closeness of the marshland all around. Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and three teenagers. The kitchen was our favorite spot. Entire home was very clean. Would stay there again.

Home away from home

Girls trip

This house is absolutely stunning, the natural light was beautiful, this house had plenty of room for 4 girls. We never felt like we were tripling over each other. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for something close to downtown but far enough away I highly recommend.

Exceeded All Expectations!

This property looks nice online and it's even better in person. First, it's IMMACULATE! Everything listed to be there was there plus so much more. The owners have a knack for hospitality so every little thing was perfect. We loved cooking in the amazing kitchen and then curling up with the cozy blankets they have in the living room. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and met lots of friendly people and pups. The location is perfect for exploring the islands and touring historic Savannah. You get the picture . . we really enjoyed our stay!
