Tiny Haven

Feel right at home in this newly constructed Tiny Haven in the woods! As soon as you walk in you will immediately feel peace and tranquility with grandmas touch! Everything you'll need for a stress free stay including two comfy queen beds, a beautiful view, full facilities and the great outdoors. Our tiny home is 400 square feet with an elevated ceiling in the bedroom loft, giving you ample room to stand comfortably.

Wash the day away using the rain shower head in the rustic bathroom equipped with on demand hot water, a hair dryer and flushable toilet. The kitchen features all essentials for cooking with a petite fridge/freezer combo. Washer/dryer unit available in bedroom loft along with adjustable thermostat for heating and cooling. Extendable kitchenette with built in nook style seating for eating or leisure. Relax with your morning coffee on the front porch overlooking the private pond and woods.

There are 25 acres of trails to walk, a pond to swim, fish, and paddle boat, and many kinds of wildlife to enjoy. You'll have an outdoor fire ring, gas grill, pavilion with picnic tables and excellent seclusion and privacy. Guests have really enjoyed watching the stars and the breathtaking sunsets through the windows and front porch, exploring the wooded trails and visits from the abundant wildlife. You are able to bring your own ATV and ride at your own risk on the back country roads. Additionally, parking is available for a fishing boat or pontoon to be used at local lakes.

Tiny Haven is situated in the community of Kinsman, Ohio you will appreciate the neighborhood and have plenty of privacy during your stay. Owner's home is on the property, situated away from Tiny Haven yet close enough for connivence should you need assistance. Within a few minutes drive you will discover inviting wineries/eateries, antique and Amish shopping, and state parks for your adventurous side.

We had an absolutely lovely stay! The Tiny House was charming and had many extra special touches from the host to make a memorable stay. The property was very peaceful and we made many sweet memories at the pond, in the teepee and hiking the land. I highly recommended this getaway!

Perfect Retreat

From the moment you begin driving down the path leading to the cabin, you know you are going to enjoy every minute of your stay!Nestled back in the woods sits "Tiny Haven", where you will find everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. The Lahti's are wonderful hosts and have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cabin is adorable and furnished in a "country cozy" way that warms your spirit the minute you walk in.We definitely will be returning and highly recommend "Tiny Haven"

Tiny Haven is perfect for a getaway. Anyone who enjoys peace and quiet and nature with all the accommodations of home should stay at this place. Kathy is a great host, very welcoming and thinks about everything you could need for a perfect getaway.

A Beautiful Gem in the country

The tiny home is just gorgeous! Kathleen has thought of every detail. The forested property has trails to explore. We especially enjoyed our evening fires in the teepee. I highly recommend this property for any couple looking to unwind with a stress free adventure! We will definitely revisit very soon!

Cozy place

The Tiny Haven is in the country and definitely a quiet place to go to relax and disconnect. Kathy, the owner, is such a wonderful lady!! She greeted us with fresh baked cinnamon rolls, which we delicious!! The place was clean and had everything that was needed for a weekend getaway. She had lots of information of the local area posted in the Tiny Haven!! The rain Friday night was such a calming addition to the night's sleep!! Would highly recommend staying here for a short time away and enjoy the piece and quiet!!

Couples Getaway

The Tiny Haven was exactly what it claimed to be; a haven. We stayed for the weekend as a yearly getaway with my wife. Our host, Kathleen was welcoming and gave us a full tour when we arrived. It was fully stocked of ammenities and there was nothing extra we needed. We chose to stay in all weekend, but took advantage of the trails on the property, grilled steaks, fished, and relaxed on the lounge chairs. It was a much needed break from our crazy lives. Only recommendation is: If your not used to well water bring bottled.

Amazing time!

Kathleen was an amazing host! My girlfriend and I, Lisa were looking for a relaxing and fun vacation and we picked the perfect spot! The Tiny House (Haven) was immaculate with literally all accommodations. If you get the chance to stay here you won’t regret it. It was a great home away from home.

The perfect tiny haven!

Everything about the tiny haven is wonderful! Having your morning coffee on the porch watching the deer and squirrels or in the evening watching the fire flys. Everything is clean and actually spacious for a tiny home. I’ll be back for sure.

Perfect for a Peaceful Weekend Getaway

This peaceful and cozy spot was the perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy a weekend away together. The tiny house was very clean and so adorable! Lots of amenities, and every detail was well thought out. Kathleen was warm, welcoming, and very helpful! Highly recommend Good Intentions Market and Cafe, which is just 10 minutes away. We can’t wait to visit again!

Long weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay in the Tiny Haven in the country. Morning coffee on the porch, bird watching and walking in the woods. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable everything you could think of has already been thought of and provided for you. (Including cookies). Kathy, the host has a great eye for decorating. We grilled out each night before we enjoyed the beautiful property by a fire. Already planning our next tiny adventure in the country.

Can’t wait to come back!

Where do I even begin, the tiny haven has it all. One of my most peaceful experiences. Kathleen was a great host and very easy to get in contact with when I had any questions. The tiny haven itself is BEAUTIFUL with everything you would need: Stocked kitchen, BBQ grill, fire pit, comfortable bed and sunset views that were amazing. I recommend your morning coffee on the front porch listen to the birds and watching the herring in the lake.

Kathy is a sweetheart - and saved our annual fishing trip! I booked the wrong week on accident, and realized it on our travel day. I messaged Kathy, she was quick to respond and accommodated our date change with no hassle... and even had time to make us fresh (delicious!) cookies with less than 4 hour notice. She met us at check in, gave us the tour and was always available.The property is better than the pictures... quiet and secluded, and we caught fish for about 6 straight hours! The pond is loaded full of bluegill and bass... bring some worms and spend all day taking fish off the hook!The location is about 45 mins to lake erie, the property has a ton to be explored, and the cabin has EVERYTHING you may need. The only critique that I have is that the hot water has a strong sulfur smell, but its to be expected in this area. The property is 5 stars, and Kathy's communication and hospitality is 50 stars!

Tiny House was Big on amazing

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for an anniversary getaway. The host was the most kind and caring and accommodating host we have ever experienced. There was a bad storm and the power went out for over 24 hours. The host did everything in her power to help make us more comfortable. The atmosphere of the property is lovely. The house is so adorable. The host added so many extra goodies that were very much appreciated. I could go on with more positive things from our experience, but I hit the main ones. We will definitely be back.

Cozy and quiet!

Our main goal with our mini vacation was a no-pressure fishing trip with slow, relaxing days full of peace and quiet. This listing was clean, private, and perfect! We most enjoyed cooking and baking together, spent lots of time having our coffees on the porch with a book, and watched the hundreds of lightning bugs in the evenings. The night sky is incredibly bright and clear, and we were lucky to visit during a meteor shower too! We were able to catch lots of Sunnies and some Bass in the pond on the property, which we swam in as well. The cat that roams around is a snuggly little thing too if you get a visit from him/her.The river is very close by and Keystone Safari was just under an hour away, which made for a fun day trip. We loved Tiny Haven and Kathy was the sweetest host! We would love to visit again. DVDs are provided, but If you are a person who likes to stream entertainment, make sure you have a hotspot and something like a Chromecast packed!

So amazing!

We travel a lot through out the year and this place immediately becomes one of our favorites. It's so cute, clean, organized, and the location is awesome. There's a place to play volleyball, have a fire going, a place to fish, use a paddle boat, and swim, a grill, a pavilion with tables, and a forest to walk through. It was extremely easy to find and the owner, Kathleen was as sweet and accommodating as can be! We also were given cookies that were AMAZING! This place is so cozy and comfortable, we will definitely be back! She also provided a pitcher with a filter and water bottles which is awesome because I can't have tap water lol. She had provided tooth brushes and tooth paste in case we forgot any which is such a nice touch. It's the little things that really make you feel valued as a customer of these places. Beyond worth what we paid for it and so excited that we found it! 💚 my husband and my father in law and mother in law stayed with us and it was just enough room for all of us, a little on the tight side but we didn't mind at all 😁 it was so much fun and very relaxing! Kathleen also checked in on us (through message) to see if we needed anything. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, I totally would!
