This beautiful three-story condo is located in the highly desirable Bayview Association in downtown Saugatuck.

Nestled "on the hill" in downtown Saugatuck, you will have all activities at your fingertips. Starting just one block away, you'll find live theater, the farmer's market, restaurants, parks, shops, galleries, and so much more. From breakfast to dinner and everything in between, there are many options to enjoy a bite to eat within walking distance from this condo. Take in a Broadway-quality production at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts, walk the waterfront boardwalk with a hand-scooped ice cream cone, or have a picnic in one of our many local parks.

From Amazing Bayview, you can enjoy views of the Saugatuck Harbor and an endless parade of boats. If you're joining us for the 4th of July, Venetian Festival, or New Year's Eve, you'll also have the pleasure of viewing the fireworks display. The main level patio is a great place for a meal outside with the views as your backdrop and the balcony off the master bedroom is where you'll want to sip your morning coffee.

The main level of Amazing Bayview is open and flowing. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need for a snack or meal at home. Between the formal dining table, casual dining table, and snack bar, you will have more than enough room for everyone to dine together. The living room has an entertainment center with TV, radio, and games; perfect for winding down at the end of the day.

Head up to the second level. Here you'll find a primary bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower-tub combo, and a balcony overlooking the harbor. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, a TV with basic cable, and plenty of closet space. This level also has a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and a stackable washer/dryer.

There is still one more level to this spacious condo, the third-story lofted bedroom. This unique bedroom has two twin beds. Please note, this room does not have a door and it gets warmer than the rest of the condo during the summer.

If you're looking to cool off, you will love a dip in the association swimming pool. Relax on a lounger, float in the sunshine, or prop yourself up on the side of the pool with a good book. A Lake Michigan beach may be more your style which can be found only a 7-minute drive away at either Douglas Beach or Oval Beach.

Please Note:
The Bayview Association swimming pool is reserved for owners only from 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. daily.
The Bayview Association swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until the 2nd Monday after Labor Day dependent on weather.
The 3rd bedroom is on the 3rd level and there is not a door separating the bedroom from the stairs. This room stays warm during the summer months.
