As for the loft, the low ceilings are both pictured and mentioned in the listing description to help guests understand its layout. We understand the upstairs space may not suit everyone, and we appreciate your feedback. The property was cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, including having webs removed from the porch. Unfortunately, outdoor elements like spiderwebs can return quickly. The yard is maintained regularly by a landscape company but is left intentionally natural, as the owner prefers a more rustic feel over a perfectly manicured appearance.
