Welcome to an amazing Sandestin condo at Beachwalk Villas in Miramar Beach. 5052 features a beautiful open concept 1st floor with lake views. Grab your favorite drink and head on the back patio to relax with the peaceful vistas surrounding you!

The large kitchen has plenty of storage and counterspace. There is room for 3 at the bar and 4 more at the dining table. Keep the conversation flowing from the kitchen area into the living room where there's a large chaise sectional. The perfect spot to watch TV or relax with family.

Also on the 1st floor is a convenient half bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a full sized washer and dryer as well as the 2 king bedrooms. Both with private bathrooms.

On top of the great accommodations at Beachwalk Villas 5052, you're in an incredible location for beach access, shopping, dining and entertainment. You're just .5 miles to the beach and local favorite, The Beach House. A great spot to grab a drink, some food and live music. Want to take a dip in the pool? Just cross the bridge over Horseshoe Lake and you'll be refreshed in no time.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great location! Everything about the property was great, except upon arrival there was a strong smell in the condo and specifically in the couch throughout the stay.

Adult vacay

Property was clean and laid out well for 2 couples. Centrally located in the Destin/ 30a area. Pool area was okay and not too crowded. The community is large with a lot of traffic and the beach was WAY TOO CROWDED. Had to drive to other public beaches to have room to set up.

Three day getaway

Food in couch cushions, a water leak for next unit, broken hinges on cabinets, squeaking stairway. These are just a few of the items found wrong in just three days.

The water leak from the neighboring unit was out of our control, but we promptly contacted the HOA once it was reported. The issue with the broken cabinet hinges was also addressed when it was brought to our attention. We appreciate your comments and are committed to improving our property for future guests.

Our condo was in a great location - close to a pool and the beach, as well as shopping. It was also a very safe environment and many people walk, run and bike in this beautiful place. The condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard patio and view. The vacation rental management was very helpful and easy to reach - if they are too busy to answer your call, they text you back quickly and answer any questions you may have. We will definitely stay here again.
