We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We are not on-site, but we are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns via the messaging app. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and wonderful stay.

Blue Haven is located in the peaceful San Luis Beach community, a laid back coastal neighborhood between Surfside Beach and San Luis Pass. Here you can enjoy the best of both sides of the island, with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and beautiful bay waters on the other.

The beach is just a short 2 minute walk from the home, making it easy to enjoy swimming, sunbathing, fishing, or morning and sunset walks along the coast. The neighborhood also offers convenient access to Drum Bay, a community boat ramp, and fishing opportunities, making it a great location for guests who enjoy kayaking, boating, and spending time on the water.

This is a quieter residential beach community, perfect for families and groups looking to relax away from the busier tourist areas while still being within driving distance of Surfside Beach restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire property. Check-in is simple and secure with our smart lock system, allowing you to start your vacation without delay.

Your access includes:
• The entire home, including all living areas and bedrooms
• A fully equipped kitchen and laundry room
• All private outdoor spaces, including the upstairs deck and ground-level patio
• High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house
• Convenient, free on-site parking directly in front of the home

The open-plan living area features a large 65” Smart TV and a cozy seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
• Four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV
• Three of the four bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms.
• Each bedroom includes a closet and extra pillows and blankets for a restful night's sleep.

- Upstairs Deck: An expansive, bay-facing deck featuring comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor sofa, a picnic table, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill.
- Ground Level Patio: A shaded outdoor area with a picnic table, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and a volleyball net for some friendly competition. Your private above ground pool is also located at ground level near the stairs, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool is exclusively for your group during your stay and is not heated.

A car is recommended when staying at Blue Haven. The home is located in the peaceful San Luis Beach community, with the beach just a short 2 minute walk away, so you can easily leave the car behind for beach days, morning walks, and sunset strolls.

For groceries, restaurants, shopping, and other essentials, guests will want to drive toward Surfside Beach or Freeport. The scenic Bluewater Highway also provides access toward San Luis Pass and Galveston, making it easy to explore more of the Texas Gulf Coast during your stay.

If you are bringing a boat or planning a fishing trip, the area is also convenient for enjoying the surrounding bay and coastal waters.

We recommend picking up groceries and other essentials before settling in, especially if you are planning a relaxing stay with plenty of time at the house, pool, and beach.

* Water System: Our home uses a private well with a full filtration and chlorination system. The water is safe for showers, cleaning, and general use. However, we do not advertise it as potable, so we recommend guests bring bottled water for drinking and cooking.
* Family-Friendly: We welcome families! A Pack ‘n Play, children's dinnerware, and board games are provided for your convenience.
* Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends! Please inquire about our pet policy and any associated fees before booking.
* Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are present. They are located on the exterior of the home and do not monitor any interior spaces.
