The apartment has everything you need, a high-speed WI-FI connection, Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a fully equipped kitchen, and blackout blinds.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds with the possibility of a king-size bed.

The building has a beautiful Roof Garden with a grill. Feel free to enjoy the most amazing sunsets in the City.

It is considered one of the most fashionable neighborhoods, full of artists, students, and intellectuals. Easy access from the main streets of the City and a couple of blocks away from Parque México and Parque España makes this place the perfect location to start exploring the City.

You can easily walk or bike within Roma and Condesa neighborhoods.

UBER works perfectly to move around the City.

Taxi and Ecobici stations (rental bikes) are in front of the apartment.

Metrobus Campeche (bus) and Metro Chilpancingo (subway) are within walking distance from the apartment.

Condesa neighborhood is constantly under development and has public and residential constructions. However, the building has double glass windows on the façade to reduce noise.

Please remember to keep all building and apartment doors closed at all times.
It is important not to grant access to anyone you don’t know.
Extra fees will be charged if your towels or bed clothing are missing or in bad condition.
If you find any damage or tear, please let us know as soon as possible.
