Booked this stay to be close to Lucas Oil Stadium for the Post Malone/Jelly Roll Concert and the walk was very manageable and location was excellent. Site was clean and well appointed. However, if there was air conditioning (which is stated in the property amenities) it was not working as the place was very warm/hot, even though the thermostat was set to 70. The stay for one night was rather pricey, but then again everything in downtown Indy is.

Lucas Stadium Olympic Trials

This property was very convenient to Lucas Stadium as we were able easily walk to the venue. The property is in great shape and we really like the front porch to look out. The beds were nice and the kitchen was great. We would definitely stay again when we come to Indianapolis.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was beautiful and great for a weekend stay. Issues were handled by the owners and they were also given suggestions to assist future guests. Our only concern were the stairs were steep and if it wasn’t for that, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a good time at this property. It had everything we needed and the location was close to drive to all the places we wanted to go like the children’s museum and other downtown attractions. We were traveling with young kids and the second bedroom had a comfy twin bed and trundle and was dark with curtains. One thing I’ll mention is that the main bed had one of those egg crate toppers which I found to be uncomfortable. The main bedroom also only had gauzy light curtains so it was pretty bright at night. I wish it had the darker curtains like the other room. This unit is the top floor of a triplex and as others have mentioned there is a set of very steep stairs to get up to the apartment but that was fine for us. The floors and doors were creaky but that’s expected with an older building. We left on a Sunday and could hear and see the church bells ringing from a Catholic Church a block over so that was neat. Alex was great with communication and check in/out was super smooth. Overall it met our needs and we would stay again if in Indy.

Great Location

My brother and I stayed here for the NCAA Big 10 Tourney. Approx. 1/2 mile from Gainbridge and downtown. Perfect for us. Only warning is that the stairs to the apartment are quite steep, which could be an issue for some people. Overall - quite satisfied with the stay and with our communication with the Property managers.

Quick weekend trip to Indy

- irritating use of AI to write pretty much all messages, which were excessive in number, and yet didn’t provide important information - such as the fact that this is a second floor unit, access via dark side entrance, poorly lit- door bell on side of house in narrow walkway between two houses, easy for passers to press the bell, like at 3am. Which happened - no wine which was promised in AI generated message.- coffee grounds left in coffee maker-uncomfortable bed. I will never understand the logic of putting a massive pillow top to hide a saggy-middle mattress.
