Outdoor Living
The lake is the highlight here. Step outside to enjoy the spacious back deck, relax in the lakeside lounge area, gather around the fire pit, or simply sit back and take in the views.

The private dock provides direct access to Oneida Lake and is a great spot for fishing or relaxing by the water. Please note that the water immediately around the dock is naturally shallow. Guests looking to swim will find deeper water farther from the shoreline.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom opens to a private balcony overlooking the lake—the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee or an evening enjoying the view.

★★INITIAL SUPPLIES★★ We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets are allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation, with a maximum of 2 pets. Please add pets under the `Add guests` section when booking. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $1,000 fee. Please keep pets off beds and furniture.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.
