Excellent stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was easy and convenient, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great place for a family getaway

Our families had a great stay! The 2 houses are super nice and open. One of my favorite things was the little deck- it was a great spot to sky watch. Would definitely stay again

Private, cozy and supremely relaxing

Our stay was great and the process of getting in and getting out couldn’t be easier. We loved how spacious the houses and property was and we really loved the sense of isolation it came with. Plenty of opportunity for fireside chats and stargazing, would happily stay again!

Peaceful Getaway

A group of nine friends gathered for a meditative communion in the desert. The houses were lovely and open, and the property was quiet and spacious. Beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the labyrinth, outdoor fire pit, jacuzzi under the stars, giant kitchen table, piano...! A truly fantastic rental!

The location is great if you're looking for remote desert skies and proximity to Joshua Tree National Park and the Integratron. We enjoyed the off-road experience a lot!We were a group of 11 people, 6 adults and 5 kids. We brought a bunch of outdoor games for the kids and they had a blast with plenty of runaround space.The two homes are in pretty good condition, though the beds are very uncomfortable, and one of the two showers was unusable (quick to flood). Definitely bring extra paper towels and other paper products with you for a large group.

Perfect getaway

This property is exactly what you would expect from the listing. It’s a really nice secluded desert property with gorgeous views and super comfy spaces. The hot tub was amazing and the rooms were fully accommodating for my friends and I. We had some issues with internet and various small appliance use, but the host was super on top of responses and was able to help us with everything. Could not have asked for a better weekend :)

Really nice spot, great desert views. Great stargazing. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here.I personally really liked the little stone labyrinth, and the sense of intention and meditativeness that came with it.I like that these houses really feel livable and lived in. Many other rental houses just feel like an empty space that someone threw some furniture in. This one feels more like a home. The kitchen and dining spaces in particular feel very practical and usable, including a full spice drawer.The beds are standard ikea fare and a bit on the firm side, so be prepared for that. But still comfortable.(The piano was, unfortunately, disastrously out of tune, and probably needs a bit of care and attention. But it wasn't a big deal. I'm guessing we just visited during the off-season.)The nearby roads are not just dirt roads, they're washboard roads, be ready for some rattling! It's worth the trip though.
