The villa is in a quiet residential area, so we ask guests to respect the community while enjoying their stay:
• No smoking or vaping inside the villa ($300 cleaning fee if found)
• No parties or events
• No commercial photography without prior approval
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM
Extra Services & Fees:
• 7th guest: $50/night (air mattress & sheets provided)
• Additional grocery trips: 500 MXN per trip
• Optional pool heat: $50/day outside high season (Dec–Mar included)

Villa Pura Vida is part of a private, small gated complex. There are only 2 free-standing 5 bedroom homes in the complex as well as 3 villas which share one structure. Villa Pura Vida is the middle unit in the structure, but as shown has its own private entrance & parking.
This is very unique in PV as most of the developments are large hotel-like condos with lots of shared common spaces and small balconies/patios. With Villa Pura Vida, you don't have any shared common spaces so you have the privacy and security you want while still in the heart of PV.

*180 degree views including year round sunset views. Many places in PV have views, but they are 90 degree views so you can't see the sunset many months and don't get the expansive view from Punta Mita all the way to Zona Romantica to Los Muertos Beach and to the beginning of Conchas Chinas.
*Large private heated pool with a separate sitting area to take in the views. Some places in PV only have "splash or community" pools. Note that pool is heated during the winter season (Dec to mid Apr) as it's not needed in the summer.

*A very large space - both indoors and outdoors. Most 3 BR places in PV have a "flexible" 3rd bedroom with a thin wall and smaller beds that's part of a living room. Villa Pura Vida offers 3 large King bedrooms, all ensuite (#3 bathroom can be used as main bathroom or just ensuite) and 2 with views. Bedroom #3 faces the jungle.
*At 4,700 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living space, Villa Pura Vida is definitely one of the largest of its kind in PV. The kitchen is quite large and open with an island and pantry with washer & dryer. The dining room has seating for 6 with great views and very light filled. There are two areas in the living room to relax. One by the 75" Smart TV with couch, love seat and arm chair. The other sitting area has 3 comfy arm chairs. Both areas have large floor to ceiling glass doors which swing in and out to give you that truly PV indoor/outdoor feel.
*The patio offers several options for seating/enjoyment. There is seating for 4 at the covered palapa bar, seating for another 4-5 on the outdoor furniture and 2 lounge chairs by the pool. There's also a huge umbrella which can shade portions of the pool, seating area or add additional privacy where needed.
*There's also a BBQ on the patio to enjoy.

*Large private heated pool with a separate sitting area to take in the views. Some places in PV only have "splash or community" pools. Note that pool is heated during the winter season (Dec to mid Apr) as it's not needed in the summer.

*A very large space - both indoors and outdoors. Most 3 BR places in PV have a "flexible" 3rd bedroom with a thin wall and smaller beds that's part of a living room. Villa Pura Vida offers 3 large King bedrooms, all ensuite (#3 bathroom can be used as main bathroom or just ensuite) and 2 with views. Bedroom #3 faces the jungle.
*At 4,700 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living space, Villa Pura Vida is definitely one of the largest of its kind in PV. The kitchen is quite large and open with an island and pantry with washer & dryer. The dining room has seating for 6 with great views and very light filled. There are two areas in the living room to relax. One by the 75" Smart TV with couch, love seat and arm chair. The other sitting area has 3 comfy arm chairs. Both areas have large floor to ceiling glass doors which swing in and out to give you that truly PV indoor/outdoor feel.
*The patio offers several options for seating/enjoyment. There is seating for 4 at the covered palapa bar, seating for another 4-5 on the outdoor furniture and 2 lounge chairs by the pool. There's also a huge umbrella which can shade portions of the pool, seating area or add additional privacy where needed.
*There's also a BBQ on the patio to enjoy.
