Neighborhood features community pool, inter-connected sidewalks, greenspace, ponds, and much more. The home is geographically located almost precisely in between Dayton and Cincinnati. This safe Suburban home features all of the amenities our distinguished guests have come to expect and you will literally feel right at home. We look forward to serving your families housing needs!

Safe Neighborhood. Homes are larger lots. Neighborhood has some amenities.

Neighborhood has walking paths, car is required for travel outside the neighborhood.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am every day.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• NO pets are allowed.
• All Rentals must be for a minimum 6 months term
• Subject to HOA rules.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home. In some instances, we may need to modify your reservation and/or move you to another property. In those instances, it is agreed that there will be no host cancellation fee if you are not agreeable to the changes and we have to cancel your reservation.
