This Adorable Winnipesaukee Cottage For 6 Is Just Waiting For You

Recently renovated Winnipesaukee cottage for 6 with so much to offer! This gem boasts Westerly exposure for nice sunsets which can be enjoyed while relaxing on the covered porch, sitting around the campfire on the flagstone patio or with your toes in the sand on the beach. The choice is yours. Imagine waking up and strolling down to the water where you can hop into one of the 2 kayaks or the canoe to paddle the shoreline while the rest of the world awakes. If you're feeling a bit more adventurous, you can greet the day on the paddleboard. If you’d like to bring or rent a power boat, the dock will accommodate a boat up to 22 feet in length. The beach area is accessed by stairs from the dock. If you dream of relaxing in a hammock with a gentle summer breeze as you listen to the sounds of nature and catch up on some long overdue reading – look no further. Enjoy your meals prepared on the gas grill and then your evening s’mores while reconnecting around the campfire. Challenge your vacation-mates to a game of corn-hole, bocce or horse-shoes (smack talk not included). If you do get that occasional rainy day, play some board games inside the cottage or on the covered porch. Back inside, the cottage is absolutely adorable and offers split A/C units in all rooms; a new kitchen; 3 bedrooms; a full bath; and washer and dryer (there is a one load per day limit). There is a smart TV and wi-fi for streaming. The fireplace and loft are both off limits and can not be used.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $75. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A big thanks to At the Lake rentals and to the owners of this property for a really fun week for myself and two kids (12 & 10). Lots of fun cruising around on the kayaks, paddleboards, and canoe. Rented a 20-foot boat and used the dock. Used the grill for great dinners on the porch. Covered porch was a really great hang out space for us, rain or shine. We try to spend as much time outdoors as we can, but inside it was very comfortable, updated, and well-appointed. Lastly, At the Lake rentals was very responsive and friendly throughout the experience. Thanks again!

Great week on the lake

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little cottage with a lovely view of the lake and Red Hill. We kayaked every day and watched the sun set from the porch. We appreciated the comfortable furniture inside and outside, and the dining set on the covered porch. The sandy beach was a bonus. We went for a swim out to the trampoline float and jumped off (which, if you knew our ages, you would appreciate 😂). We enjoyed the lobster rolls at Town Docks with the homemade potato chips, and the seafood at Dockside in Wolfboro was also delicious. All in all a great spot for a fun and relaxing week. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful view of Lake Winnepausakee

Amazing views right on the water with dock and water trampoline. Yard to the water was great. Fire pit/patio with stone steps to the dock and small beach. Plenty of water toys including a canoe, 2 kayaks and a paddle board. So much fun exploring the many islands and inlets. Home was very comfortable. Updated thermostats for each bedroom for cool/heat. Great ceiling fans even on the outside porch which kept the mosquitos away. Kitchen was well equipped. Only has 1 bathroom which was tough at times with 6 but we made it work. I already miss the view and the call of the loons!
