We love the well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and multiple lounging areas. The balcony and views are spectacular. The large dining table fits our whole crew for meals and games.

Island Time #134 review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay. The house was very nice and clean. The layout for the decks and the path to the beach were great. The beach was wide with plenty of space to set up a tent and the children to play. My only suggestions are a larger refrigerator and a direct path from the second level to the deck...two bedrooms had direct deck access but the occupants of the other two bedrooms on the second level had to go through someone's bedroom or go up or down stairs. My wife suggest an electric griddle cook top because the gas griddle on the stove was difficult to clean.

Memories

This property was exactly as advertised except there was a large hill to get down to the beach that some of our elder family members had a hard time getting up and down. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we made memories as a family that will last a lifetime.

The living area was large so that we had lots of space when we were altogether. The wall of windows was great to view the ocean. Many details helped make our stay fantastic: the on-suite bathrooms, great showers, nightstands by the beds, outside shower and faucets to clean off sand, done decks, and the wonderfully stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to come again!

Island Time #134 is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with quality items. Furnishings are beautiful. Home is laid out well with lots of space for family to spread out. Bunk room for the kids was perfect. Love the deck and location; easy wall down to the beach from the deck. It would help to have more details on the vrbo listing as to what is available in the kitchen. For example, there was some confusion over what kind of coffee maker was available. In talking with the owner, I was told there would be an espresso machine and regular drip coffee maker; only the regular drip machine was available. Overall, very nice stay; we will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had no issues with the house. Did not have to contact rental agency for anything so really had no interaction there. Outstanding location to the beach. Nice upper floor layout. Nicely furnished and everything was in good condition. Liked the outdoor shower. Beach was great for volleyball and people are not on top of each other. Only drawback was didn't find restaurants that interested us like something on or near the water or with more of a healthy seafood menu.

We were celebrating our 5oth Anniversary and shared it with 3 of our 4 children and their families. we would definitely would go with Landmark again. The home was beautiful!! The space was perfect for the 14 of us. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to prep and cook our meals. we loved the easy access to the beach, the outside shower, the beautiful bathrooms and everything else about this home. Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Oceanside Retreat

Island Time was clean, well-managed, well-appointed and masterfully designed. We enjoyed the ocean views and direct beach access. The reflected beach sunsets during golden hour offer great lighting for family photos or selfies. A simple walk across the main road is also a nice option for brilliant sound-side sunsets.The large, chef’s kitchen makes eating-in a luxury. We bought fresh mahi-mahi at Surf City Crab Seafood Market and cooked a feast for our family one night. There are also great places nearby to eat out or get takeout such as Fancy Sushi, Shaka Tacos or Michelangelo’s Pizza (great delivery option for an easy meal on the day of arrival). Daylight Donuts is walking distance and worth a splurge. Whatever your plans while you are here, you will love an opportunity to unwind, decompress and enjoy this beautiful and welcoming space.

This house is gorgeous! A private home. 9 of us stayed, ages 26 to 89. Plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of seating, two beautiful living areas, nice big kitchen area and table, comfortable beds. Many games & puzzles available for all ages. The kitchen is fully stocked. We didn’t cook, ate breakfast and lunch at the house, and found lots of places to eat. No grill at the home, just FYI. Access to the beach from the home has quite a few stairs, but once down them, you’re at the beach - no need to rent a cart. The street was too busy to comfortably ride bikes, but there are bike paths. Everything worked perfectly from the elevator, outdoor shower, appliances, etc. Access bedrooms from the beach. No need to track sand in with the hoses and shower available. Adirondack chairs on the deck were perfect for star gazing. Elevator was perfect for my mom and me. Lots of clear instructions provided as to how to use everything. Very helpful. Elevator to bottom floor, and walking out the garage door keep from having to use the stairs. Mgmt co got back to us right away to let us know that a code was not provided to the garage door. No big deal, we made it work. Good shelling on the white sandy beaches, and perfect weather! Thank you so much for providing such a relaxing space to connect with family again!

Was the property description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc?--The property description is accurate and lives up to and surpasses the description provided. The pictures do not capture everything.2. Was the property clean and well-maintained?-- The property is maintained and well-kept. Instructions on how to take care of the furniture, tables, and floors are provided. Please review: The homeowner is not asking for extra care; the homeowner shares the best practices for maintaining this beautiful property.3. Did the owner or manager provide good customer service?-- Yes. The management company was helpful, provided all the necessary information from check-in to check-out, and was patient when I asked silly questions.3. Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative?--One hundred percent. The only criticism I would provide, and it is a personal preference, is that the top deck could use shade or coverage. The top deck off the kitchen is not useable when the sun is out (primetime 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) or it is raining. This is a shame because the view is beautiful. That is a FIRST WORLD problem.4. Please recycle. Please respect the turtle sanctuary on the beach in front of the home and anywhere else you may see nesting grounds.

Well stocked as advertised, clean, and plenty of room for all 10 of us (including 4 teenagers) to spread out. Right on the beach (we had two 80 year old grandparents with us who did not struggle to get down to the beach) and the porches overlooking the ocean are absolutely wonderful. Unlike other beach homes we have rented, there are not beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc - that was well communicated by Landmark and so we brought our own but something to remember and plan for. A grill is extra as well so make sure to order that ahead of time if you like to grill.
