AC was great, had enough cooking supplies for simple meals, near a few food places, felt secure and safe behind the security gate at the entrance.

Nice stay

I was in town for just a couple of days for a work conference and the VRBO was a great, quiet place to relax at night. Thanks for a good stay!

This is a Casita appropriate for 2 adults or 2 adults and one child. The biggest advantage of this place is privacy. There is a main house that is also rented, but the casita is a good distance from the main house and there is a very large yard secured by a locked gate and a tall wall. The kitchen has everything needed for basic cooking, and there is plenty of storage. I would recommend this property.

Saguaro trip

Stayed in Tucson for a couple days to visit Saguaro. It was very conveniently close to the park. The house was clean and the AC worked well.

Nice, but has some drawbacks.

The casita was newly remodeled, very clean and neat, and well-equipped with electrical appliances of every kind. The bed was soft and comfortable, with fresh sheets and a plethora of pillows. Light switch locations were a bit awkward. Most concerning is that the front door threshold is an extreme tripping hazard and should be remedied. The communication was so intense, it felt like the owners are control freaks.

We're so glad you appreciated the casita’s cleanliness, recent remodel, and all the thoughtful touches—from the appliances to the fresh bedding and pillows. We also want to thank you for pointing out the threshold concern. Guest safety is very important to us, and we'll be reviewing that area right away to see how it can be improved. As for the light switch layout, some quirks come with the historic character of the casita, but we understand how that can be less intuitive for guests. Regarding communication, we aim to be thorough and helpful so guests feel fully prepared and supported before and during their stay. That said, we’ll take your comments to heart and reflect on how we can strike the right balance. We appreciate you staying with us and wish you all the best in your future travels!

Suggestions

Overall good. Would have liked to have an ironing board to go with iron. Was hear for funeral and clothes needed to be ironed out of suit case. Also a foot stool or chair with way to elevate feet. After driving for four days from Florida, my feet and ankles were swollen and couldn’t lay in bed to watch TV as no TV in bedroom.
