Our complex is located on almost 8 acres of prime lagoon front property. Sea Oats offers a private boat launch and slips, fishing piers, 2 gazebos, and picnic areas with grills. We also have our own private beach access just a short walk from the unit. You will find a boardwalk on both sides of the road with outdoor showers. If you’d rather sun at the pool, the property has two Olympic size pools. Bring your boat and fishing rods or your kayaks!
Covered parking leads to the entrance way of the condo. You will also find additional parking for boats, jet skis and kayaks.
Unit Features
This unit is newly renovated: new floors, molding and paint.
The unit is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit with over 1450 square feet. The balcony faces the Little Lagoon with gorgeous views. The building is 3 stories. The bottom level is the covered parking. There are only 2 floors of units and only 6 units per floor. We are located on the top floor of the building. This building does not contain an elevator. Access to the unit is by stairs.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a separate dressing area and spacious closet. You will also find a large private master bathroom. The master has its own flat panel HDTV with cable.
The second bedroom contains a queen size bed. This room also has a large spacious closet and a flat panel HDTV with cable.
The third bedroom contains a queen size bed. It also has a large spacious closet. This room has a flat panel TV.
The second full bath is located in the hall between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
Living Room
In the living room, the family will be quite comfortable watching a movie (DVD/Blu-ray player), cable or accessing the internet to watch TV on the flat panel HDTV. The DVD/Blu-ray player is connected to the internet to allow for the ultimate streaming entertainment –Smart TV in living room with Netflix, YouTube, Pandora, etc. There are some DVDs and card games provided, but feel free to bring your own. Reclining sofas in the living room, where you can relax as you enjoy the Lagoon view or take a quick nap.

In our unit, you will find a fully equipped kitchen. There is a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, stove and dishwasher. You will also find everything you need to prepare meals when you choose to cook, including a slow cooker. We also have a blender to prepare your favorite frozen drinks as well as a coffee maker. A coffee makeris also available.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
Parking
Our condo has a covered reserved parking spot underneath the building. 1 parking pass is included with rental. Additional parking passes are $25 each.
Responsible party is required to occupy unit during the entire rental period.

Great stay!
Everything about this condo was so nice. Everything was updated and the location was perfect! Only a couple miles down the beach road from all the entertainment. Paula was incredible to work with. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Cant wait to come back!

Wonderful place!
Perfect place for our family! Very spacious and beautiful views. Walk to the beach was super quick and loved having the closet downstairs to keep our beach gear in, along with a water hose to rinse off! We will definitely be back :)

Great Condo at a great price
Very comfortable furnishings and the pools were great!! We enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was the amount of stairs getting to the condo, which we knew it was on the top floor when we booked, but if stairs is a struggle for you it could be a problem.

Bay View
The condo was spacious and clean with an amazing location. Sits in between the beach and the bay. We loved sitting out on the porch with a cup of coffee each morning looking out to the bay.

Definitely recommend
We would for sure stay here again. The location is great. The condo was clean and exactly what we needed for our family. The owners were excellent to work with and very helpful with any questions. Checkin and out were super easy. We had no issues what so ever. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The pools were great also for times the kids just wanted to swim. Highly, highly recommend!!

Great stay
The property had everything that was listed online. There was a large walk in pantry in the kitchen which was great! Everything was very clean too. We were thankful that we faced the lagoon side since it was very peaceful. The host was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer questions. There are two flights of stairs to get to the unit in an enclosed hallway.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation/softball nationals
We drove through the night and arrived early. We were so tired we were just gonna park and walk around and hangout till checkin. I believe the owner or cleaner told us we could go ahead early the floors were just mopped. The condo was nice and roomy and smelled fresh and clean. It was down always from the hustle and bustle of downtown gulf shores. Pools were nice and big and easy walk to the beach. The only thing we regret by the end of the week was no elevators but we also never had to wait on one to come up or down. We would stay again

Great Stay, Great Location
The location could not be better. On Little Lagoon with pools for red flag days and across the street from the Gulf. Came with all the expected amenities, including some beach stuff we didn't expect. Minor gripes in that the floor was a little sandy when we arrived and there was a slight lack of communication about how to enter the condo. That was completely offset by how responsive and pleasant the owner was. It was a joy to stay.

Stay was so-so
Older property, outside building rotten wood in many places. Put the grandchild on floor to crawl around got up with filth on his hands and legs! Pier was nice and the condo had been updated but it was done cheaply!

First, let me say that I had the opportunity to rate this guest and chose to ignore the request to review. The owner was staying in the condo downstairs during this guest’s stay and noted that they brought two large dogs, which were over the weight limit and were not approved by the owner. When the owner reached out to them on three or four occasions, they did not respond. They were able to stay without paying a pet fee which would have been 400.00. As far as the way the work is done in the condo, I cannot comment other than, possibly he should purchase his own and try to keep the condo in perfect condition. Lastly, I have worked with the same cleaners for greater than six years and have never received a complaint, only praise regarding the cleanliness of the condos. Hopefully, on his next VRBO rental I hope he finds a perfect place, that is as clean as he desires, and will allow his large dogs to stay and skip out on paying his pet fees.
