This 2 bedroom- 2 bath, fully-equipped kitchen waterfront home on a deep canal offers a 75 ft-wide frontage dock with 38 ft of usable dock for boating afficionados! You will find the gas station & bait shop for your boating and fishing adventures one canal over and you’ll have near and easy access to both ocean and bay through the cuts shown in the photos.

The 2 bedrooms sleep 4 adults comfortably (2 in the master and 2 in the second room, although 2 additional trundles are provided in the second room) and the living room sleeper can accomodate 2 adults more! There are 2 smaller "junior sleepers" in the living room only younger children may use. Upstairs you'll find 2 full baths.

Upon your arrival you will find a stocked coffee station to hold-you-over and boost you up as your vacation begins! You will find the services you need like wifi, DirecTV service, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry shed.

Prep your breakfast to be enjoyed in the screened-in porch with a fantastic view of the canal and sometimes marine life! Lunches by the water can be fresh catch you prepare on the provided grill & griddle. Enjoy the keys’ relaxed lifestyle, sport, weather and full days. Your peaceful evenings by the water sitting in the Tiki Hut or relaxing by the pool will be the most relaxing.

Your easy and carefree vacation will be unforgettable. You can easily find great restaurants to visit and soon find your local favorite. If cooking-in is what you like, the grocery store is very close, as are the fisheries for fresh catch every day- and don't forget your key-lime pie! If you don't want to cook you can always order-in from a wide range of delicious places.

If you are adventurous take the kayaks out for a special treat discovering the mangroves in neighboring canals or simply to enjoy the sunset on the bay side. Don’t forget to wear a life vest provided for you. If you brought your boat, you can drop it in the neighborhood boat ramp (we will provide the information should you need it.) You can easily gas-up, get bait and get going! Wether your destination is a fishing expedition, lobstering when in season, or simply boating to the local sand-bars, restaurants and other activities, you're in the right neighborhood for it all!

The key has a Baptist Hospital branch should you need any medical care. There are several pharmacies close by. For smaller misshaps we have a first aid kit in the home.

ADDITIONAL OPTION: Aside from the main rental space upstairs with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, you can request and rent (for additional rent) a separate Private Rental Unit downstairs with a third bedroom (a second Master) and full bath (3rd full bath) a second full kitchen, and living/dinning for additional guests, in-laws, or simply more friends! This will provide privacy should you be staying for a longer period of time or having extended family or friend’s visit. If you do not request it, this bottom unit will remain empty so you can enjoy the upstairs main space for yourself. It will not be rented out during your stay.

NOTE: THIS ADDITIONAL SPACE MUST BE REQUESTED WITH ENOUGH NOTICE AND ADDITIONAL RENT($100/NIGHT) AND CLEANING FEE ($200 PER STAY) WILL BE ADDED TO THE RENTAL RATE (please send an inquiry early on if you are interested as we would need to prepare the space.)
