Hello Sunshine is a splendid four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath townhome at the ever-popular complex of Beachside Townhomes. This home will comfortably sleep 12 and has three master bedrooms.
Enter on the first floor to a long hallway; first to the right is a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use while you are here.
Down the hall to the left is the first master BD1) complete with a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. The ensuite bath BA1) has a tiled shower/tub combo and a granite countertop with a sink.
Across the hall on the right is BA2) it has a tiled walk-in shower and granite countertop with a sink.
At the end of the hall is BD2) it consists of two sets of bunk beds with twin-sized beds, a chest, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. Both of these bedrooms have an entrance to the back patio which has chairs for seating, and a propane grill for cooking the day's “catch”.
Back inside by the front door is the staircase that leads to the second level.
To the right you will find the second master BD3) complete with a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. The ensuite bath BA3) has a large tiled walk-in shower and a granite countertop with dual sinks.
To the left of the stairs is the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, you will love all the open space where everyone can gather.
Also off the living area is the half bath with a charming pedestal sink.
The living area has a plush sofa that also serves as a queen sleeper, an oversized chair, two other side chairs, end tables, with lamps, and a large TV with cable and Wi-Fi.
The dining area has a fine wooden table with seating for six, and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar with four barstools.
The well-lit kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker.
Off the living area is a patio for you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.
Back up the stairs to the third level takes you straight into the third master BD4) This suite has a king bed, nightstands, lamps, a sitting chair, a chest, a closet, and a TV with Wi-Fi. There is also a private balcony off of this bedroom, for you to enjoy some quiet time.
The ensuite bath BA4) has a tiled walk-in shower and a granite countertop with a sink.
