Turn-key waterfront condominium in secure well kept property with all amenities; swimming pool , jacuzzi, tennis court , restaurant , free wireless internet and cable TV, and steps to the beach. Enjoy your very own Balcony overlooking the Beach with beautiful sunsets every evening! One main bedroom with additional sleeping capacity in living room with a pull out sofa. The exterior storage unit is equipped with all your relaxing and fun beach day necessities; umbrellas, beach chairs, beach caddy, coolers, noodles and blankets.
Unit is on the 9th Floor in the Apollo Building.
THERE IS A $45.00 TOTAL PARKING FEE FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. PAYABLE TO FRONT DESK ON ARRIVAL.

The view! Absolutely gorgeous! We saw dolphins from our deck everyday. The sunsets were incredible! Communication with the owner was fantastic. The unit itself could use a lot of updating but the view makes up for it. We would definitely stay again.

The host was very responsive! Any questions I had I got an immediate response to my question. This place had 1 million view! Sitting out on the balcony whether it was during the day or watching the sunset was awesome! The place was great! Everything was clean and in working order! I would definitely stay here again!
The sunsets were incredible!
What a relaxing way to spend the evening out on a large balcony watching the sunset!

Thanks to our host and property manager. My wife and I had a great time. We ate at a fancy restaurant CJ’s on the bay and also on the property, The Sunset Grill. Our view from the balcony was amazin, watching the young people play volleyball, and watching the sunset. On the beach we had use of the cart, the umbrella and beach chairs which were provided. My wife liked to drink her McDonalds Keurig coffee on the deck each morning. My wife asked me if we were thinking about getting a beachfront condo for ourselves. No. We will just make a trip or two each year. From the 9 th floor I thought I could see the curvature of the earth? As the sun was setting my wife said, “How could anybody think the earth was flat!”

The host was VERY friendly & accomodating. There was some confusion at check-in (mostly due to my never checking into a multi-unit condo prior to this booking), the host responded to my texts extremely quickly- problem solved. Unit is small but EXACTLY what we wanted/needed. View is sensational! Easy access to pool and beach. Full grocery store within 3 miles. More restaurants and shops than you'll ever need. Definitely looking forward to returning!

This was a great place to stay for a quick get away for the 2 of us. Place was clean upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The view of the ocean wonderful from the balcony. It was close to different kinds of restaurants. Great pool area and short walk to an amazing white sand beach with shells to pick through. The restaurant on the bottom floor was not open when we were there as they were getting new pavers and redoing some things inside. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. You have a covered parking space. While it may seem to need some updating on a few things that did not bother us at all. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was very good to get back with you if needed. We had a lovely time there.

Condo was clean, very quiet and has amazing Gulf views. Locker with beach gear was awesome - umbrellas, chairs, noodles, and beach caddy. Condo had beach bag, beach towels, tennis rackets and balls. You get mini shampoo, conditioner and soap for shower. Kitchen is stocked every appliance and utensil you need.Really nice place, would definitely stay again!

Very uncomfortable furniture, swivel rocker broken . Couldn’t sit in it, my sister is a small lady

We did enjoy the location . The ocean view was great . The furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sit in rocker my sister tried and it dips clear to the floor. Needs replacing. . That was my only complaint. Staff on property very friendly and helpful. I will be back next year. .not sure about this unity

Just book it

The entire experience from booking with Mike to checking out could not have been better. The communication with the owner, Mike, was great. He has this process down to a science! The book in the condo with lists of recommendations for the area was great. The condo was clean and one of the best features was island counter. Others we have stayed in do not have one and this made serving lunch really nice, given the limited space. Although, we did not need to use the beach stuff, I did observe everything one would need if you did not bring your own beach stuff (toys for littles,,towels, chairs, etc.). The property was kept super clean, love the covered parking, and we definitely felt safe with how you have to use your key for all access. Now for the beach. I cannot recommend enough to come here! The view, the calm gulf waters, the cleanliness, and close proximity of the beach were just perfect! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Clean and perfect temperatures! Shelling was great! We even found the elusive, right in front of The Apollo in the water about knee deep. The sunsets were also definitely seeing!! As said in the title, Just book it! You won’t regret it. Thank You, Mike, for making this a breeze and for trusting us to stay in your wonderful little slice of paradise!!

View & Location

When we first entered the condo, we noticed that the living room/kitchen was a bit dated, but considering the cost, we weren’t surprised. However, when we opened the patio door covering, we were blown away! It was extraordinary…and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! We had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. I would gladly choose this condo to call home the next time we visit Marco Island.

Early May Stay

Great location. Much more reasonable than overpriced hotels with non ocean facing views. Having all of the beach gear was really nice. Reserved covered parking also nice. Sunset Grill on the main level had really good food/drinks/view.

Shelling & Exploribg

What a great location this place is! Perfect for a couple or two gal pals! Just the right size. The beach is pristine and the sunsets memorable! Though we did not use the onsite restaurant and bar, it was nice to know it was there.The location is great if you want to check out the Everglades! Overall the host was great and the fact Oscar the front desk very friendly.
