This was a nice condo but definitely needed a little work. The mattress needs replaced, the toilet seat needs replaced, one of the chairs on the balcony was broken, there was some black mold on the grout of the shower & some extra towels for the bathroom would have been nice. But, overall, the proximity to the beach was fantastic & we enjoyed the outdoor pool to cool off before going in from the beach! If these issues were fixed, we'd definitely be back!

Bang for your buck!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely clean which is top of my list when booking a place. Stocked with everything needed to cook meals, plenty of linen provided. Check in instructions were clear, host was responsive when I reached out regarding chair rentals. The charcoal grills at the pool were a nice. The condo was centrally located with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The building provides plenty of carts to get luggage and groceries up to the units as well. Already looking forward to our stay next year!

Great stay

Had problem with shower door not sliding but maintenance was called and doors repaired next day. Room was not "beachy" decorated and was far from elevators, but was clean and had very comfortable bed...two of the most important factors! We totally enjoyed our stay!
