Welcome to our pool paradise in the heart of Scottsdale! Our home offers a spacious stay for your group. Many outdoor areas- covered living space w/ bar, tv & BBQ, relax on the sectional or by the heated pool. At night have fun around the smokeless fire pit. Equipped for group dinners, game nights, or relaxing with TVs throughout. Located for the best Scottsdale has to offer, 15 mins to anywhere- Old Town, best golf including TPC Scott, stale, Spring Training, wine, & more! Grocery & dining within mins.
The space:
This home is an entertainers dream, both inside and out. Amazing 2,300 sq ft. floor plan with open kitchen and dining room easily accessible to the outdoors. Master suite upstairs for privacy with three guest rooms downstairs with living room, kitchen, dining, and game room. Large master bedroom with 5 piece bath complete with TV and desk equipped to work remotely. All bedrooms have large or walk in closets with ceiling fans to keep you cool. Three 60”+ tvs inside and 55” tv outside equipped with Bluetooth sound bar to have entertainment or music by the pool, all with YouTube tv subscription.

The expansive yard is like your personal resort! Sparkling heated pool with chaise lounges adjacent to large turf lawn to enjoy many lawn games (bocce ball, cornhole, giant dominoes, etc). Undercover dining area with bar, TV, BBQ, and 8 person table. Outdoor sectional lounge as well as seating around the smokeless firepit for a cookout or night-time fun - enjoy s'mores by the fire.

-Pool heating fee of $25/day May-September and $75/day October-April. Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated as it takes 24 hours
