The George on Jones - Charming Home with Quaint Character

Welcome to The George on Jones. If you are looking for a charming home with quaint character and unique Tennessee infused accents, look no further than the "George on Jones"! This darling sage colored cottage is welcoming from the inside out and boasts of unique accents that pay homage to country music and the late great George Jones. With a spacious layout, charming backyard and a short commute to popular areas of town, you'll love this beautiful cottage, "George on Jones"!

Layout:
The first floor is made up of the living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, guest bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with queen bed, and common area with with two twin trundle beds. The second floor is made up of a guest bedroom and full en suite bathroom with queen bed. 

Parking:
There is parking available for two cars in the driveway. 

Neighborhood:
Here you will be less than 10 minutes from bustling Five Points in East Nashville, where you will find incredible restaurants, great shopping, awesome pubs and delicious coffee. Additionally, it's also a similar distance to Downtown Nashville and other desirable locations like the Gulch, Twelve South, Music Row, and Hillsboro Village to name a few. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this home.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
