2504 Chateau by the Green
This villa is ready for you to create some fabulous vacation memories! You will have great golf course views of the 5th green of Crooked Oaks Golf Course from your screen porch and deck. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, easily accommodating 6-8 guests. Enjoy use of all of Seabrook Island's fine amenities offered by the Club and the Lake House. Its central location on the Island makes it easy to get anywhere.
Chateau by the Green is nestled amongst the tall Live Oak Trees of Seabrook Island. Your villa features hardwood floors throughout, updated bathrooms and a great new kitchen! The villa has an open floor plan which lets all be part of the action. The great room has a large sectional with 60" Smart TV. The fireplace is decorative only. Access the screen porch from the great room. The kitchen features custom cabinets, subway tile, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. An expansive island has stool seating for six. The dining area sits off the kitchen and is adjacent to the great room. The large dining table has seating for eight. French doors lead out to the grilling deck. The owners have provided a propane grill for your use. On the screen porch sit back with a good vacation read, sip a cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage. You may access the screen porch from the great room, primary bedroom or grill deck. Watch the golfers sink their putts just beyond your porch.
The primary bedroom has a King bed and 42" Smart TV. Large windows let you see the golf course. In the attached primary bath is a granite topped vanity and large walk-in tiled shower. You will have an additional two guest bedrooms. The first has a Queen bed and wall mounted 32" TV. A desk is tucked in the corner for those who need some quiet space to work. This bedroom has access to the full hall bath. The hall bath has a granite topped vanity and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two double beds and a 42" wall mounted TV. A private bath with quartz vanity and a subway tiled tub/shower combo. Next to the guest bath is the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED-gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

This property includes access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: outdoor, oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center.
