Beautiful house and fantastic location! We stayed with some friends and it was perfect to have one family upstairs and one downstairs. Outdoor shower and decks were amazing and there was lots of communal space for hanging out. Super close walk to the beach!

This house was great and had a lot of extra beach items plus plenty of kitchen supplies to make cooking for a group easier! The beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean! Monica was very prompt with all communications! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place!!! Our host had everything we needed so we could really enjoy the stay. She also checked in to make sure our stay was everything we wanted and hoped for. The property was beautiful, the house stunning and clean. The beach was a short walk and the beach was clean and family friendly. Can’t wait to go again !

Family vacation

We had the best week spent with family at this beautiful property! The host thought of everything to make us feel right at home. The property is beautiful and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach getaway

Our family spent spring break at this beautiful beach home. It was clean and well-equipped as well as very stylishly decorated. The owner made communication easy. Location was also a bonus with quick walk to public beach access. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect vacation

We had such a wonderful vacation in OIB. Our stay here couldn’t have been any better! The location is so close to the beach and all that OIB has to offer. The house had everything we needed, from a stocked kitchen to a grill, bikes, corn hole and more. The owner Monica was so easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to returning soon!

This special home was a fabulous home base for our family to spend a 4 day weekend to attend a wedding at the beach. The house is clean, comfortable, upscale, and modern. Everything was immaculate and tidy. Other family who stopped by commented on how nice our house was compared to theirs! The host was very communicative and available for any questions I had. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Beautiful house and perfect location!

Our family and three young kids had a wonderful week at this house. The location was great, just a short 3 minute walk to the beach and on a quiet street. The inside was clean and nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed, as the kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t need to bring any additional things for the baby and little kids. The use of the storage shed with all the beach equipment was so convenient and accessible. The hosts were very responsive and the check in and out process was seamless. We would definitely love to come back!

Ocean isle family trip

WOW!!! We absolutely loved this house it was beautiful decorated and everything and more that we needed. We loved the location very easy to get to ocean , and l can’t say enough about all that we didn’t have to pack like bikes, corn hole, floats , umbrella , floats, sand toys, it was GREAT! I also forgot wagon to haul your things in especially when you got children . We had a wonderful time and had the best hostess she is great to work with . Thank you so much for the best memories in this great house. I definitely recommend

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible beach house for a memorable vacation, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the impeccable interior design and attention to detail. This beach house is an absolute gem, boasting a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern elegance. The cleanliness of the house was truly exceptional. Every room was spotless, and it was evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. The entire property was exceptionally well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. We'll definitely book another weekend this summer!

Exceeded Expectations

This was a last minute booking on my part and we hit the jackpot! This home is absolutely beautiful and was just renovated and listed for rent. I was nervous since there were no reviews yet and typically only book homes with a long history of good reviews. It truly exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable and very well equipped. I was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, coffee makers, etc. anything you would need, was there. Also the storage room of beach equipment- beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 beach cruiser bicycles, corn hole, extra refrigerator etc was so nice to have access to. The beds were all very comfortable, there is a very large flat screen tv mounted on the wall in the living room which we enjoyed watching when it rained. The location of the house was excellent - short walk to the beach, the house is on a quiet street, I never heard any neighbors. Honestly, it was just perfect in every way and I would definitely rent this home again! Ocean Isle is a lovely beach- I had 3 teenage girls with me and felt completely safe letting them go off without me. Monica, the owner was very friendly, communicative and helpful. You won’t go wrong staying here!

Beautiful, clean, spacious home with several nice "extras" and short walk to the beach!

We arrived to a very clean home, so did not worry about cleaning more ourselves (as we do some places) before settling in. The rooms are spacious, and the decor is beautiful. The master suite is enormous - more than we needed, but it was nice to feel spoiled for a week! Parking was very good. We easily fit three vehicles, including a large truck, and could have fit four vehicles if needed. We appreciated the ability to use the owner's gas grill and to have an extra refrigerator for keeping bottled drinks cold. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishware, baking and cookware, utensils, etc, which is great for a family like ours who cooks and "eats in" many days at the beach. We also enjoyed use of the bikes, some of the beach chairs, the beach wagon, and the outdoor shower after beach time. We view this as the owner "going above and beyond", to share their items, along with use of their home. We did not rent a golf cart, but the walk to the beach is very short and manageable, even with two little ones. The two porches are very nice and provide good views - we would use these more on a next visit! I interacted easily with the owner, and she responded quickly to my couple of short questions during our stay. In summary, we felt very welcomed and comfortable and enjoyed a happy, relaxing time with our family.

We loved the house! Easy walk to the beach! Front porch loungers and hammock under the house were thoroughly enjoyed. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Our one small problem was that we would run out of bowls and forks during meals in the house. I am pretty sure there were not enough place settings for the 12 people that can sleep in the house. It didn’t stop us from loving our week!

Great property! Perfect for our family vacation. All rooms appeared to have been recently updated as advertised. We really appreciated the access to bikes, beach toys, etc. Easy walk to the beach in a section that did not feel overly crowded. Communications with the host were timely and thorough.
