Electricity Included in rental price!

Most owners charge a fee over a certain amount of electricity used per day on the island. WE DO NOT DO THIS. We simply ask that you turn off the Air Conditioners when you leave the Condo due to such high energy costs on the island.
Piscadera Harbour Village Beach Resort is our home away from home. The beach is a short walk with crystal clear water. SCUBA and snorkeling lovers will be in Heaven.
Pirates Bay beach club restaurant and other attractions are all located right here. The condo is on the ground floor and has a balcony view of the forest. The infinity pool in the resort is beautiful and newly retiled.
Otrabanda is a quick car ride, where you can park and walk to all the shops and to Punda, or you can bike down JFK blvd on the beach front and all the way to Punda.

Great apartment, great location with an attentive host. We just had a wonderful month in Curacao. This apartment made the perfect base of operation. It has everything you need including a washer and dryer and refrigerator and lovely air conditioning. We love this island. It’s our third trip here and the longest one to date. We highly recommend this location and this host. Piscadera beach with multiple restaurants and a dive operation are across the street. Two well stocked grocery stores are nearby. We highly recommend Cas Abao and Mambo beaches. Rent a car and go everywhere west to east. It’s a lovely island to explore.

Had a lovely time the property very clean and the owner and manager responded very quickly to any questions and were very helpful. The area is central to both ends of the island the local beach nice. Our faves were Daaibooi as lovely snorkelling and Turtles always there and Cabo Abao beautiful. Hiring a car is a must and highly recommend D and D easy quick service. One day we will return!

Great location, close to the beach

Super nice apartment with everything you need for a beach trip! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen (spices, air fryer, pots/pans, coffee maker) and there was beach supplies (a cooler, pool noodle, beach chair). The apartment is right across the street from the beach (quite literally a 3 minute walk door to ocean). The beach has a scuba shop you can rent gear/tanks from and 3 restaurants (our favorite was the fish shop - the basket of shrimp was amazing). We used the apartment as our base spot for a diving trip. We got a rental car, picked up tanks from the scuba shop, and then bopped around for some really great shore diving. The property manager and owner were both VERY nice and responsive. The dive shop was also really nice and they will help you figure out where the best spots to dive are.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The area in which located was across a beach and very close to the city but you wouldn't know it. very convenient!

SO PERFECT!!!

Let me start by saying I am absolutely IN LOVE with this place! Not only is the property very beautiful! But you get entertainment every night on your back porch from being so close to Pirate Bay Beach Bar! My husband and I went there our first night. The days after we enjoyed it from the back porch! Snorkeling at Pirate Bay Beach is a must! It's very beautiful and you can see the ocean floor dropoff from here! It's quite scary and amazing!! The bnb itself was great, clean, and had everything needed for a beach vacation! Checkin and checkout couldn't be simpler! Definitely rent a car! It will be so much easier and more fun! Definitely visit Grote Knip Beach about 40 mins drive away! The whole experience was just like a dream come true for me! Thank you Gina for your humor, kindness, and hospitality! I CANNOT WAIT to come back!!! go back!!

My Husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo for a month! Jay and Shanti were amazing to deal with and their apartment is so amazing! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the month. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I am from Florida USA, but now live in Paramaribo Suriname. I love Scuba Diving and the Ocean. Once I had an opportunity to own a piece of heaven with crystal clear water and white sandy beaches it was a "No Brainer" for me. We plan to retire on the island when the time comes.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

The best part about this neighborhood is that it is safe, quiet, and everything we need is right here. We go to the grocery store and cook most of our meals in the condo. We like going to the pool when the sun is going down, and when we are tired from being in the sun all day we walk to get a pizza at Tomatoes'.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Having a ground level Condo is so convenient for us. When unloading groceries for example we park right outside of the front door and do not have to worry about any stairs. Most of the Units in our complex have a view of the roads/parking lots and such. This condo's back porch faces trees and you can see a sliver of the ocean through the trees if you look closely. There are always birds and iguanas walking around that makes us really enjoy the back porch view- especially in the mornings.
