Cape Cod Dream: Three beautiful beaches within a five minute walk where memories of a lifetime are created with family or friends at this large beach house

House is available for weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.

• Adventure awaits at any of our three beaches! Build sandcastles, catch crabs, or swim and float in the warm ocean water from Buzzards Bay. Watch the ships go through the Cape Cod Canal and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
• Unwind on the large, fully furnished deck enjoying cocktails, afternoon barbecues using the gas grill, or looking for meteors by the gas fireplace and reliving the day’s adventures
• Sleeps 10 people in 4 bedrooms in this large house of over 2,100 sq feet. Even rainy days can be fun with a closet full of family games or jigsaw puzzles. The upstairs master suite has TV, snippets of the ocean and a half-bath where you can have private moments away. The driveway accommodates 4 cars.
• Stay comfortable on the hottest days, with modern, mini-split air conditioning.
• Explore the Canal by foot or bike (4 minute drive)
• Be our guest and just bring clothes, toiletries, food and any sporting gear. Use our beach towels, chairs, sheets, blankets and pillows. If you have young children, you will need to bring appropriate furniture for them.
• No animals and no smoking allowed
• No golf carts
• The house has a front door Ring device facing towards to the street.

• Local markets and ice cream shops are a short distance away.
• Savor fresh seafood at The Lobster Trap (2.5 mi) or grab a morning coffee and breakfast at Corner Café (5 mi). Other restaurants are close by in Buzzards Bay, and Sandwich (20 minutes), and Falmouth (25 minutes).
• Great shopping in Falmouth (25 minutes), Hyannis (35 minutes), or Wareham (15 minutes).
• Explore the many hiking trails in Bourne, Wareham, and Falmouth or play miniature golf
• Play golf or miniature golf at one of the local golf courses
