The Space:
The apartment is located in a new building located on the sea.
A very warm apartment where you can feel at home from the first second, this is a three bedroom apartment and a large living room with a balcony overlooking the sea. It is furnished and equipped to the smallest detail so that you can arrive with only your luggage and start a vacation that you weren't so looking forward to.
The apartment is so close to the sea, 20 meters (!) from the beach.
Strong Wi-Fi and smart TV in the living room.
In addition, the apartment has a private parking space.
Guest Access:
The entire apartment and everything in the apartment is available for guests and they are welcome to use and enjoy everything the apartment has to offer.
The Neighborhood:
The building is located right on the Bat Yam promenade, a minute's walk from the beach.
The area is bustling with life, the Bat Yam promenade is full of restaurants, bars, shops of all kinds. Everything is terribly close and accessible and the location is just amazing and ideal for a holiday and to maximize the experience.
Getting Around:
Because the location of the apartment is the most attractive in the city, you can find a wide variety of public transportation to any area in Israel.
Everything is easy and terribly available.

2. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.

Orian – My passion for hosting people led me to give up a game of poker and a job in the financial field.
Ofir – My family was in the restaurant business, and I learned the joy of providing excellent service at an early age.
As soon as we started hosting, we established one very simple rule that guides us since then - getting to know a new person every day.
We are huge traveling fans and in the past years we have traveled and been hosted in South America, United states, Europe and Asia.
