Rest assured, we are actively addressing it to enhance the experience for our future guests. We hope this didn't significantly impact your overall stay. Don't hesitate to inquire about a returning guest discount for your next visit. Wishing you a fantastic remainder of the day! Warm regards, Raylee Aggieland Vacation Rentals

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback, and for staying with us! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the property, found it clean and spacious, and that the location worked well for your trip. I truly appreciate you calling out the event fee clarity. You’re absolutely right, anything that affects the total cost should be easy to see and understand up front. I’m sorry that this wasn’t more prominent when you booked and that you had to hunt for that information. That’s not the experience we want for our guests. We have since updated and moved the event fee information higher and made it clearer in the listing, so future guests know about it right away when they see that the home is great for events. Your feedback directly helps us improve how we communicate, and I’m grateful you took the time to explain it so clearly. Thank you again for being understanding, for paying the fee without issue, and for your kind words about the property and our team. We’d love the chance to host you again in the future under even clearer expectations.

Thank you for your review! We hope to welcome you back!

We’re sorry to see your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We addressed each concern promptly, including replacing the grill the same day and confirming the oven was working. We wish we had the chance to show and clarify our checkout process. We value all feedback and will continue to improve so future guests have the best possible experience. -Aggieland Vacation Rentals
