In the "Heart" of Hollywood Beach, in a Historic Building 1930's with fully updated interiors. NOT a big high rise building! Just steps to the beach, shops, restaurants, Margaritaville....and all the other things that Hollywood Beach has to offer!

Parking lot is compact and can not accommodate large trucks longer than 16.5 ft on the property. There is a city parking garage 1 block away for trucks

Please NOTE: the Association does NOT allow vehicles over 16 feet in length that cause difficulty for parking access and you may NOT be allowed to park on-site. Please note refunds or cancellations once your stay begins will NOT be issued for this situation.

Please NOTE: Guests must rinse off all clothing, beach chairs, etc prior to entering the condo apartment to avoid sand inside the unit that will damage the real wood floors. Any sand left in the unit that causes damage to the wood floors will be deducted from the Airbnb Security deposit.

Please DO NOT wet the wood floors or leave wet clothes on the wood floors to avoid warping.
