The host was very responsive. The place seemed that it could've been better maintained to some degree. There were cabinet doors that were broken in the kitchen, a window shade in one of the bedrooms was broken on the bottom and wouldn't stayed down all the way, a towel bar in the bathroom was not attached to the wall on one side, to the point of I didn't feel comfortable using it in fear it would fall off, a light bulb was burned out in one of the bathrooms. A lot of little things, but things that seem simple to fix to make it look nicer. The main thing that was wrong that didn't make the stay great was that the heat was broken and the supplied portable heaters were not adequate to maintain heat on the living space on the main floor.

The place was clean and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a question on the first day and the host was very quick to respond and helped us out.The amenities were a nice surprise: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, and makeup remover were all provided, which made our stay even easier. Our group of seven had plenty of space, especially in the open common area that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It was perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring the city.The air mattresses were good quality, and all the beds in the bedrooms were super comfortable We all slept great every night!Overall, this was a great spot for a larger group. The home is close to neighboring properties, so the host asks guests to be mindful of noise after 10 PM, which we found totally reasonable. We had no issues at all.Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area with a group.

The space was just what we were looking for. We enjoyed the rooftop deck; however, cushions for the furniture would have been nice.There was enough room for all of us (7 adults) to hang out at the table playing cards, watching TV, and hanging out on the roof.We Ubered into town to explore and drove out of the city for more exploring.

The house was perfect for us!The open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 3 & 1/2 bathrooms worked out very well for our group of 6 seniors.The location is exactly what we wanted. Close enough to the waterfront but far enough away to enjoy the slower pace and the wonderful local restaurants.Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home, 4 floors, however it was hot! The host was accommodating when explaining how to quickly fix the 2 AC units, but they kept turning off. Host did schedule for a tech to come out when we left, however our stay was a bit uncomfortable because of the heat. There are only 2 AC units, one in primary suite and one in living room. The other 3 bedrooms (two in basement and one on 3rd floor) all had box fans. The house is central location to a lot of different neighborhoods and all things downtown- about a 12-15 min drive to everyplace. The house comes with a parking spot which we were able to fit a mini van in no problem. Host was accommodating and sent iron and ironing board when asked, they also allowed us to keep luggage there on the checkout date because we had later flights- this was a huge help!

Spacious, bright and comfortable

Overall, had a great stay! Got the place for a group of friends with a couple kiddos. Everyone had their own bathroom which is a huge bonus. Lots of open space to hang out but multiple levels if you need some of your own space. Walls are thin probably because it’s newer construction. All the vents were very dusty but are probably hard to clean since they are very high up. Love having Q-tips and make up remover in the bathrooms! Close-ish to lightrail but the closest one to the place isn’t open yet. Owner is quick to respond to messages.

Seahawks game weekend.

We stayed with 6 adults/teens for a long weekend. Great proximity to Lumen field and Pike place. Perfect for our group. Ana’s coffee shop is literally across the road for a great breakfast. Would stay again.

Long Weekend in Seattle

There is plenty of room at this property for everyone. Be ready for lots of stairs, however. Beds were very comfortable, but, the couch is not. No cushions were provided for the rooftop furniture so, we didn't spend any time up there. Parking can be an issue, but, we had four cars between us and were able to park fairly close, each time we moved. One of the upstairs bedrooms does not have A/C and got quite warm. Fans were provided, but, as it is on the 3rd floor, the heat rises and it wouldn't cool down. The host was incredibly responsive to any issues and did his best to accommodate us. Communication was great. Check in and check out were easy and smooth. I would recommend this property and encourage you to communicate your needs with the owner, as he was very nice to work with.

Post Alaskan Cruise

This was a great stay over for our family of 10 as we returned from an exciting Alaskan cruise that had lots of activity to relax for a couple of days before returning to TX. When we checked in the TV in house didn’t work, the hosts were great and showed up with a new TV the next day that worked !!

Great Post-Cruise Stay

Property was as described though a little beat up from prior guests (marks on wall, broken kitchen faucet handle, rugs that have seen better days). Rooftop deck was a great view but no shade or cushions. Fang was an amazing host responding to my messages in a very timely fashion. Air conditioning worked and was very comfortable. Smart TV had tons of movie options and board games were a cdfnice bonus. Neighborhood was a little shaky (homeless hanging out at construction sites nearby. Walked to McDonald's during the day and felt a little uneasy, not unsafe. Complex itself was ok could have been maintained better (overgrown weeds, garbage thrown around. Not Fangs fault, this is on the HOA). But house was comfortable and relaxing and was just what we needed it for as I traveled with my parents and in laws. If I take another cruise out of Seattle, I will certainly book here again. ffffess

Perfect place to enjoy the city

Came up to Seattle for our daughter’s UW graduation, and this was seriously perfect. Close to everything. The main level is SUCH a great hang out spot. The bathrooms had everything we needed. It was really just fantastic, and we wish we had more time. Communication with the owner was excellent. Emails and instructions were very clear. We wouid definitely come back

The Apartment was Beautiful and Modern

The Apartment was a little hard to find at first as the Door is tucked inside not visible from the street but once we found it we were very excited and happy with everything. But be aware that there are 4 levels and many stairs. My older sisters only used the bottom 2 levels, 2 bedrooms and one bath on lowest entry level and kitchen living area and small bath on second level. My younger sister and I had the third level. Explored the upper outside deck but didnt use it. We were only there for 3 nights and all agreed we would rent again but not for any longer due to access. But very very nice. Access information by owner was very easy to understand and I felt that if I needed anything I could reach out to them.
