Conveniently situated just steps from the beach, you can relish leisurely beach walks, pool swims, and convenient access to on-site restaurants. A short drive will take you to exciting destinations such as Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Additionally, you'll find many of the area's beloved attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping venues within a short drive's reach.



Getting Around:

You'll find easy access to the airport, as well as convenient transportation options such as taxis, Uber, and rental cars.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a non-smoking room, and it's a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. We kindly request that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. If any issues arise during your stay, we'll make every effort to address them promptly, but please be aware that there isn't a 24/7 on-site staff.



Notice: Tile removal and flooring replacement at Bayview (elevator lobby and porte cochere entrance) will take place Mar 16–27, 2026. No work during quiet hours or weekends. Elevators will be closed and some pedestrian areas temporarily restricted during renovations.

Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

NOTE: The AC in this unit is controlled by the A unit. (This unit is unit B)

Note: This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room A). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.
