We now have the newly renovated Hot Tub Room off the rear yard with additional indoor tiled bench style seating. The hot tub room offers extensive sound dampening to relax to music and enjoy the hot tubs jetted hyrotherapy. In the rear yard please enjoy the rear amenity patio with sofa seating, gas fire pit, and bbq pit.

the Penthouse Suite 300 is special. This sprawling elevated ranch in Chicago serves your senses through it's eccentric yet cohesive architectural design that gives you much more than just space. Once inside sense a connection to the sky outside with numerous sklights. Enjoy added privacy, and take in the unique spaces that were crafted around our human sensory needs. You'll see distant views to downtown from east windows and parklike viewsfrom west wimdows. Enjoy an eclectic neighborhood, a pet friendly shared rear amenity patio, and your front porch seating area to make some memories.

It's a spacious place for couples, large families, friends get-togethers, family reunions, and it is a pet friendly space.

The Great Room/Living Room is massive with sectional and lounge seating, 80" TV, floating fireplace and massive 48x72" south-facing skylite.

The kitchen equally dazzles with quartz waterfall island seating, gourmet cooking stations, an open concept dining room for large gatherings, & (4) skylights. There's a complimentary themed coffee & tea station as well.

The kitchen leads to a rear vaulted 3rd bedroom/hearth room that has an armoire, lofted fullsize bed, and sectional sofa aling with scenic views from the juliet balcony. Taking the rear stairs leads you to the amenity yard with lounge seating, grille, and gas fire pit.

Sleeping accommodations all have vaulted ceilings.
The Master Bedroom has a comfy king sized bed, unique art pieces & a spacious custom closet with marble shelving.

The 2nd Bedroom has two full-size beds via a gold-encrusted Restoration Hardware bunkbed, a desk area, and closet.

The 3rd Bedroom showcases the builders craftsmanship as you look up at the gold & white treehouse loft with full-size bed. It's accessed via ships stairs with railing & may provide the best nights sleep you've ever experienced. It also houses a wardrobe closet, and flex office/seating area with views to downtown. Optionally there's room to setup an additional queen air-mattress on the floor to provide additional sleeping area.

The main bathroom has a 90"'x36" walk-in shower & a vanity area where you can get ready for the day. Amenities such as toiletries and fresh towels are provided.

The suite boasts an oversized 5-zone a/c & heat system that is super energy efficient & near silent. Set each room to your preferred temperature. New low-e windows, insulation, & low-e skylight shades also boost efficiency.
