The Space:

Indulge your inner chef in the sleek kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. 2 bedrooms one with extra large closet and queen size bed. The other bedroom has bunk beds with large closet. The second bedroom also has a vanity with sink and mirror. This is perfect for multiple people getting ready at the same time. Extra perks include central AC and a private washer/dryer.





- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.

- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

This is a very safe neighborhood surrounded by all the essentials you need...Publix grocery store, Starbucks, Centennial Park, etc.



Walk to Centennial Park and Marathon Village, your one-of-a-kind retreat delivers enviable proximity to the best of Music City.



Take a scooter to Midtown and visit idyllic green spaces or nightlife hot spots. Then explore the trendy boutiques and eateries of The Gulch, Hillsboro Village, and Fifth + Broadway.



Or, take a quick rideshare downtown to visit the convention center and iconic Nashville attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Ryman Auditorium. Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Stadium are also a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

**Train tracks are located behind the property and passing trains may occasionally be heard.



**This complex is majority Short Term Rentals so there is a chance you may hear other guest in the building.



**Note regarding the pool: It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. It is heated but only enough not to freeze during the Winter.



We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. While we can't control these elements, we hope you’ll embrace the energy of Music City as part of your experience!
