Relax or Entertain in Our Beautiful Private Centrally Located Oasis

Both the kitchen and dining area overlook the large lush green garden and pool. The kitchen features tons of storage and is fully stocked with accessories, utensils, dishwater, bakeware, pots/pans, and anything else you might need. The appliances consist of a stainless steel French door fridge, stainless steel oven/stove combo, and a dishwasher. Enjoy a cup of espresso or coffee from the Nespresso machine which is located in the dry bar area in the dining room. The dining area features seating for 8, and a separate bar area with seating for 6.

The fully screened in covered patio features a dining area for 4, and seating for an additional 6. There’s also a tv with Apple TV unit prep areas, and outlets. Outside of the covered patio there’s a fire pit, a bbq grill, and additional seating.

Just off of the kitchen there’s a reading area with books, games, and two very comfy chairs. There’s also a Roland FRP-1 digital piano with stool. Also just off the kitchen is a comfy leather sofa and 55” tv. The TV is visible from the kitchen for watching your favorite shows while you cook.
We also have a multi game arcade machine near the entrance for your entertainment.

This property has an advantage for remote workers and anyone who needs a more available higher reliability internet connection. The modem is battery backed up for up to 8 hours, and has a 5g modem inside in case the main network goes down. The internet connection is gigabit speed. The wifi network consists of three wifi 6e mesh nodes throughout the property for superior coverage.

Bedrooms 1&2 - The expansive master suite features two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a private entrance off the pool area and also has a door to an adjoining bedroom. The bedroom that overlooks the pool and lush garden, has s large and comfy king mattress, a night stand, and its own separate mini split a/c system with remote, and a dedicated work area with a 34" monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The other bedroom features a queen size bed, a large comfy couch, large recliner chair, 55” 4k tv and Apple TV unit, and his and her closets. The full bathroom has a private commode, double vanities, and a tub/shower combo.

There is ample parking on site with 2 spaces in the garage, up to 4 in the driveway, and additional parking on the street. The property is very pet friendly and has pet door access from the main home to the covered patio, as well as pet door access from the covered patio to the main yard. The home is filled with natural light throughout. All of the bedrooms feature 55” 4k tv’s and have Apple TV devices attached to them for streaming.

Bedroom #3 features a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, 55” 4k TV with Apple TV unit, and closet.

Bedroom #4 features a full size bed with an additional twin bed underneath., 55” 4k TV with Apple TV unit, shelving for storage, and a closet.

We also have two cots on wheels that are in the closet of the master. They can provide two more individual sleeping surfaces for any room in the house.
